I feel exactly the same......finding your Yin classes has changed my life....my yoga body is 'home'......so much Gratitude.....thank you kindly, Lisa xx
Thanks for the clarification! The points on the hands & feet aren't really what we target in yin, so I admittedly am a bit foggy on those details! Thanks for practicing with me :)
Thank you so much for helping me connect with the essence of my being,a true homecoming as I revisited a time from long ago, hope I can keep coming back, blessings Xx
Hmmmm!! I love this Yin Yoga class! It is exactly, what I need (as I have a kidney-theme). I love how you always invite to find the personal position (by also explaining, why it is so important to find it - me personally: my pelvic bones won't let me do the easy Childs Pose without pains, so I always have to put a pillow between my legs and belly. And it took me years of pain until I found a good teacher telling me that!). THIS is how Yoga should be reached. Thank you so much!!
Thanks for sharing this, Rea-Helena! It helps me so much to hear from yogis like you who are navigating skeletal differences that are not well understood. This is why I teach the way I teach!
Thank you so much. Yin is my favourite yoga too. I love to finish my daily practice with some yin and today being a Sunday I had an amazing 1.5 hours of yoga finishing with this. 🙏💜❤️. Amanda. Xxx
My favourite practice of yours yet. I loved the personal reflections and anecdotes you provided as to how yin came to life for you - it touched something in me. Thank you for all your offerings to us all.
This practice was such a welcome blessing today Devi. Thank you - my body thanks you. Yin Yoga feels very much like coming home indeed! I really enjoyed the 3 options of half butterfly, half shoelace & half frog for a great comprehensive stretch of the target area. Much appreciated - with gratitude
Absolutely looooove the yin and tcm philosophy bits! I had a bladder infection come on very fast and strong today so I turned to some yin love and am looking deeper with an open curiosity about what could be plugging up this channel of mine… thank you for a lovely class and inviting me to make it my own for how I’m feeling today.

Hi Devi, this class felt soooo good after (willingly !) slaughtering my hamstrings with heavy weights this week ! I really appreciate the explanations you gave at the beginning of the class ; let's see if I'm visiting the bathroom more often today 😉 I'm hooked now : I do one of your yin class at least once a week 😉
I had a little argue to let go so this came in time. The half frog on the left side was a bit to mutch on my pelvic floor so I changed to other variation. But loved it as always. Thx ❤😊❤.
What a beautiful practice. I have been teaching a yang style of yoga for a few years now and recenty completed a yin yoga course. Thank you Devi for this nurturing practice. Loved it!!! Namaste. xo
Thank you very much Devi. I hope you and your husband are having a stupendous time on your travels. I so appreciated this practice. It was very soothing. Namaste'
What a beautyful practice Heartfelt thanks for sharing Devi ❤ I too felt like you when I found Yin it was a homecoming I love teaching and sharing Yin yoga 🙏🧘♀️
Thank you for this wonderful sequence. The freedom in the teaching is much appreciated. I'm coming home, too with these classes! Greetings from Bordeaux! ;-)
I did this class for the first time today, it's absolutely awesome! I do several of your videos and love them all, I very much like that you give so many variations and I don't have to do each pose exactly like an experienced yoga instructor. Thank you so much. I wish you a very Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year 😊
Thank you! Excellent. Well done. As always. Very soft, kind and gentle. Highly recommended for #beginners #seniors Kidney meridian to let go of things we clinging on or clinging on us. Sincerely, N
@@DeviDalyYoga that’s what you kinda said. Credits to you and the people who figured these relationships. I was just rephrasing (in a rush) and try to work a bit on the RU-vid algorithm for you. I assume people don’t search for Yin or the kidney. They may search for their “problems” and the “magical solution”.

Quick question. Is it necessary to have the ankles in dorsiflexion in the dragonfly pose? I ask as I myself unable to relax into it if I have to dorsiflex. Its been suggested in the past that the legs must be kept active and to do so the ankle/feet must be in dorsiflexion. You just answered my question just as i restarted the video. Listen to what feels best for my body. Of course! Thank you
