Hello, there is no limit other than the RAM and storage of the iPad. It is technically possible to create a few minutes long animation on an iPad but you have to divide your work into shots, like you would do on any animation production. One shot in your animation is one Callipeg file (which we name a shot). A shot is almost always 1 to 10 seconds long in an animation production. Each shot is its own file, and you export your shots once they are done to edit your film in a video editing software. There is no sheets or layers number limit in Callipeg: the only limit is your available storage and ram memory. The larger and longer a shot is, the more space and memory it will need.

So if I understand correctly, if I wanna do a cartoon for e. g. for 20 minutes, I have to do a lot of shots (files), which I later will have to export to a video editor and put them all together? So unfortunately it is the same as in procreate? But I have seen that it is easier to have different layers on a single frame in Callipeg. Do I understand this correct? I am sorry for comparison of your app with your concurrents I am just a beginner in animation and would really like to get a good app to do cartoons.

@@t_t_e_a_a_s_t_i_r6839 You can have as many layers as you want (for line, color, background,... any element of your animation). But the length of the entire 20 minutes episode has to be divided: one file for each shot (each cut) of your storyboard. That's how it works in animation production, you have different files for different shots and then the post-processing parts is compositing and editing all your shots together within a compositing software then editing software.
