Well I’ve suffered from backache for 33 years (since being pregnant with my son). I came across your post on Friday and I’ve been following it each morning since. I’ve been doing it for 4 days now and already feeling better about myself. Hopefully my back will improve too. I’m 60 years old and finally decided to take care of myself. I’ve also recently given up smoking after 48 years of poisoning myself!!! Wish me luck
i had severe back pain due to continuously sitting for almost 5-6 hrs daily for studying..but now that i hav tried your first three exercises my back sore is almost gone..thank you buddy
Ive just started these exercises today as I have a bad back and am struggling today. They look so easy but I could feel my core muscles work which was great. Love the short exercise. Will let you know how I get on
Just did it today. I haven't work out in a month because of my back pains. Even just a few minutes of this workout made my back feel better. Will definitely do this everyday so that I can start back to my exercise regimen.

With my spondylosis and knee tendinitis, these exercises are great simple helps on top of 2 to 3x a week hot compress on the painful areas. Thank you very much 😊.

I have been doing this for 1month now it works wonder , now my husband joined me because he was having back pains he said he will try because I'm no longer complaining about my back anymore.

Those exercises might help you to relief from your pain for minutes or hours but not for ever. I love those guys for workout, but this, this is another topic. There is no as such as back pain or shoulder. it's all in our mind. please search about TMS/PPD pains or search the initiator of this idea Dr. Sarno. Nothing will heal you except your mind.

Meee since we do online school i sit forwards all day and my back begon to hurt so bad and i did this and it worked like a wonder but got a little bit pain over 🤞
I’m the same. I’m in bad lower back pain. I can feel these working. How many reps should we do? How many time a day should we do this as well to fee better in 2 to 3 days?

These are great exercises! I do them when I'm finished with my P.T. exercises for the day, they make my back feel great. I had a bad back injury and these really help with my posture, strength, and pain. I feel as though it helps with my core strength as well.
This is the real effective one. Whenever I got back pain I tried this one and it really works in just two days. I just did it today and it feels better , next day if I do it again back pain will go away, i know this by doing it. Thanks BS.

Exercise #5 works so good for lower back pain, I do it when I wake up and I'm good for the day till my pain comes back in the morning. Hope doing these workouts everyday heals me for good.
I do cardio for 30 minutes lifting weights for 30 minutes and do this exercise work very good, My back was hurt before from lifting weights too heavy but now is good thanks.
