I love your cheesy bread using Mozzarella and Parmesan. I like to add onion powder, chilli flakes and mixed herbs. I do add a little almond flour so not zero carbs, but delicious. I also love your One Carb Crackers made in the microwave. Never ceases to amaze me how crunchy they are. Two of my 'go to' favourites. Well done Joe, savoury for me please.

Made immediately and was great and a HUGE cookie so I split with the bf. I used Lakanto confectioner and we both found it way too sweet, so next time I'll cut the sugar in half. Some might like the super sweetness factor, but just a tip if using Lakanto instead of Swerve. Also listen to the directions to really completely cool bc the cookie will harden more for a great texture.

We dont have that confetti Swirl in europe. We only have these stevia sweatened sugar but you cannot bake with it, its more for tee and coffee and such.

I felt it could use a bit more sweetener. And if your microwave is higher wattage divide the dough to two cookies and nuke for less time for even bake.

I would try 325 or 350 for 5 minutes, add the chips, then another 4. Or half of that time of you want to be cautious.
