The star rating can be result of staff behaviour or type of people that come to the resturant that may make other customers uncomfy and not much difference in food. That's why lot of resturants with bad reviews still have good food and sometimes unproblematic resturants with high rating has average food.

Idk abt jollibee's secret but one time my uncle said that the chicken in Jollibee is better because it has more skin because my uncle know that I like the crunchy skin part of the chicken
