Most children who have been placed in aa foster home are resentful to the foster parents this boy seems genuinely thankful grateful for having such a blessed DAD I so get your comment some people just don't get it cause they either haven't had love or seen the really bad foster home that a child could get so yes melted my heart for the both of them and that comment melted my heart

I like how Anthony pointed racism as a concern. You can really see how he feels what his dad is going through. I love how he shows deep maturity when he discussed how Peter gets frustrated with technology sometimes. He really understands his dad's life journey. That was really sweet of him to give up his coffee too. Peter and Anthony are lucky to have each other!

I used to foster children until I had to keep giving the children back to their families, after a while my heart was so broken and I stopped! I just couldn't luck up on a permanent child! My home was small at the time so I had nothing but newborns and toddlers! I absolutely love what you are doing! Know that this was a blessing for the both of you!

I know they say reunification is good, but sometimes it really isn't, like in the cases of the parents who dnt change. I have a neighbor who is always high on heroin, fet, suboxone etc. While pregnant and keeps getting her kids taken away. Another neighbors kid tested positive for meth. She got them back and taken away again. Ugh

as I listened, I was overcome by emotion, thinking on a spiritual level, this is how my Father in heaven feels towards me. Excited to have me, to have waited so long, and Anthony to know that he has a forever home, where he is loved and free to be himself...this is for someone to know, if an earthly father can be that overjoyed to have a son, how much more does our Heavenly Father is overjoyed for you to be His. What a beautiful video with such beautiful sentiments from you, Anthony and Peter. What kind hearts. I feel that I can tell that Peter's life experiences have only made him more loving and more ready to be an amazing, affirming, empathetic and warm parent. Hearing him speak so highly of his son was so touching. I'm so happy for you both. And Anthony seems like a really funny, cool, laid-back and sweet kid. I enjoyed his sense of humor and positivity. I love the sweet words that father and son said to each other, and about each other, towards the end of the video ❤️ But when Anthony wondered if he was going to mess up his adoption before it was finalized, as they were both waiting for a date, I couldn’t help but wonder if that’s how he feels about his previous adoption. I hope not, because Peter and he look like a happy, thriving family 😊
