Love your 1 hour workouts, myself and hubby do them together and motivate each other to complete them in full each morning before work. I've just finished this work out. I am kind of lazy person but this workout is easy to acess and 30 seconds of variety movement is never boring. I could keep 60-70% of my maximum heart beat during exercise. I believe this is quite effective for losing weight. Thank you, Brian.

Hi Brian , 2 mnths postpartum C-section so can’t do high internsity workouts plus breast feeding , started doing this workout from 6 th Jan 2023 and tdy it’s 5 Feb , was 80kgs tdy Iam 76, lost 4 kgs already with clean food and fruits , no chips no soda no sugar no sweets , target is 60kgs and will achieve it. Thanku so much Brian god bless you

Dear Brian, I'm Bakhrom. I am 53. I live in Tashkent, Uzbekistan. I had some health problems about 1 year ago, especially with my heart. Therefore, I started taking medications. Additionally, my weight was 125 kg, and doctor recommended me to do cardio exercises, in order to lose extra weight. After doctor’s suggestion, I started looking for an online cardio trainer, and accidentally confront your RU-vid videos, and began to work out with you. At the first times, I was able to do cardio only for 20 minutes. Then I increased duration of doing cardio exercises according to video gradually to 2 hours a day. I have significantly lost my weight, as I weigh 105 kg now. Furthermore, weight loss improved my health condition. I have reviewed all your classes, and doing almost all of cardio exercises that you post in your RU-vid blog. Because of them I feel myself much better. I want to sincerely thank you for your training. You are my best coach and doctor!) My best regards!

the best workout! I have been trying so many challenges like jumping rope , 2 weeks shredding, thighs abs exercise but honestly nothing could make me damn sweating like your workout. It's low impact but really help burn calories just time consuming

THIS IS A LONG OVERDUE THANKS FOR ALL YOU HAVE DONE FOR Me. I have been following your exercises for well over a year, I worked along even throughout my pregnancy up till the very day I had my baby in late January . I continued after my 6 weeks. Your workouts help me loose weight (when not pregnant) and not gain excessive weight (when pregnant). Today was my first time doing this particular one and I finished it while "backing" my baby for the last half. Thank you so much for all you do.

I'll be adding Focus Fitness in my rotation as I needed to do something besides Barre 3 and HIT for more continuous aerobic activity. More interesting than running because of all the different moves. Thanks for these videos.....the music, your perfect form ( and smile:), are motivating!

I’m on day 4/30 walking 10,000 steps. I haven’t lost any weight yet, but I’ll keep you all posted on my 30 day results 🙌🏾. So far, I’ve burned over 800 calories each time with 6 miles completed daily from this video.

@@itsneverallgood 5’0 165 lbs. my caloric deficit is set for 1650 calories a day. Lazy days I burn a minimum of 500 calories a day.

I feel glad that you have motivated me to do this toughest fat-blasting workout in your channel. I am 50 plus have osteoarthritis but feel good after doing this every day.
