Kinzhal was shot down a total of 7 times according to Ukraine. Obviously propaganda but not entirely impossible for Patriot to take out a few of them as it was designed to intercept ballistic missiles like Iskander which is what Kinzhal is.

John silver, you say "According to Ukrainians" Not according to the Reality. How many times Did Ukrainians denie the fact that Russians now control the whole Town of Bakmut ? You never noticed that even the Majority of European media is biased when comes to reporting of war in Ukraine? Have you ever seen any journalist reporting on the front lines of Russian side 😅😅, definitely not. When missiles hit some of Ukrainian territories, they don't broadcast those images,, When they report that Ukrainians shot down 47 Drones out of 50 drones, Again they don't show the images of the REMAINING 3 drones that hit the target,WHY??😂😂.

Kinzhal range isn't 3,000 km. That range comes from when they add the 2,500 km range of the Tu-22M3 to that of Kinzhal's. Same as when range is listed as 2,000 km when launched from MiG-31K. They're adding the 1,500 km range of the MiG-31K to Kinzhal's 500 km range

@@rileybodnar8545 in that case, by that logic, the GBU-53 has a range of 930 km launched from the Super Hornet or 1310 km from an F-35. Or you could say the JASSM-ER has a range of 2,125 km from the F-35 and 6,400 km from the B-1B Lancer since we want to play that game. No other weapon includes combat range as part of weapon range. They're only combined when trying to state the area that's held under threat. People mistook this and now always misquote it and believe the range is that long, when it isn't. No other russia weapon does this either, just this one that was shown in a graphic once, showing the distances that'd be under risk of a Kinzhal when paired with the respective aircraft

With the sanctions Russia is under it is unlikely Kaliber-M will ever get past prototype phase before their army is exhausted in the Ukraine. Sanctions targeting microchips they would need to build these missiles have been in place for a year already and they are fielding cold war era weapons as modern stockpiles deplete. Air Force casualties are likely to rise as well as Ukrainian AA improves and they start fielding F-16s.

X-51 is more of a demo that America if they wanted to could build a hypersonic missile. Since they have multiple programs that have had successful tests and still haven’t fielded them, I’m going to assume that the US knows something we don’t about hypersonics.

(e.g. India BrahMos missiles, Pakistan Hatf VII Babur) The French and German missiles are also missing (e.g. TaurusKEPD 350) Not everything is shown here or only reported on one side. It is NOT the overview of ALL missiles It is very noticeable that they are among the top 5 missiles in the USA.

Please explain to me how any hypersonic missiles rank less than any cruise missiles. Any hypersonic missile is the deadliest missile without a warhead. The shear kinetic energy can disseminate any target . Reaction time is less than 5 seconds . Very few anti missile defense system has that reaction time .
