As a Christian, it really saddens me when other “Christians” tell people they’re going to hell. That’s not exactly the message we’re supposed to be spreading lol
Abbiekakez Well then what do you think will happen to them without eternal salvation????? Is there an option? nope. Only believing in Jesus' blood atonement for sins will give you everlasting life........PERIOD. I think they should know the alternative.
@@angelahighwolf Angela Young Well what do we have here? Another fanatic spreading the message of love and peace from God by basically threatening humanity with eternal punishment in hell if they don't repent from having an open-minded way of expressing their emotions, living under the fear that every freaking breath taken is a straight ticket to hell, acting like if they were personal executioners sent by God himself to decide for him who will go to hell and who won't, judging merely from the looks without personally knowing or even listening to those people. Wanna know something sad? Christianity has a long stained history before metal even existed, many centuries ago all the people who didn't make it to God's "standards", those who thought differently from the ways of God, they were hunted down ( and some secret cults still do it) by Christian cults, killing hundreds of innocent people without hesitation, but hey, they did it in the name of God so they have a free-sin-pass! And don't even get me started with the tangible evidence and real cases of priests being pedophiles... It's so hypocritical for the Christian fanatics like you to decide who's punished and who's not when you don't even acknowledge the path of blood your foundation was based upon.
Blue113 Since when is the truth a threat? Some things are true whether you believe it or not. If I'm wrong (which I don't believe I am) then I have nothing to lose. If I'm right, the consequences are dire, indeed. Eternity in hell is something that cannot be measured. Turn to God before it is too late. Please don't be left behind.
"Take your damnation elsewhere" -A man trespassing into a band's hotel room while shouting about Hell. There's having no self reflection and then there's this dude.
People: are you a satanist Brian Warner: if it gets me cocaine and women weak enough not to fight back, then yes! People: ?? Brian Warner: fame, money, here let me sing about it People: bless you, oh mighty god of f***k
I was raised partly in a Pentecostal Cult. And let me tell you, these musical acts are a hot fudge sundae, walk in the park, sunshiny frikin’ day compared to the things I’ve seen and was subjected to. It was way scarier than anything these musical acts have done or could possibly do. They can’t even hold a candle to the atrocities I witnessed and the horrors and brainwashing and cruelty and fear and abuse that was committed on me and around me. It was true evil, real evil. People who don’t know what religious fanatical horror looks like up close and personal are the ones screaming about these artists and their art. Or perhaps they themselves are also part of the religious horror🤔
As a Catholic, I'm so sorry about that. Abusing people in the name of God was said to be right in the old testament, but it could've been a mistranslation and/or misinterpretation of God's words. (I defend religion every chance I get, to keep others from ruining it even more with their hatred.) It is NEVER okay to abuse anyone, and just remember that you're valid, and that no matter if you believe in God or not, you're always going to be loved. Oh, and also, most bands are not as terrifying as your story, so you're right... Very right. No bands and artists in the video are theistic satanics, and they probably never will be. Rock on! \m/ !!!!!!
"Black Sabbath is satanic." **Literally wearing cross necklace on stage** edit: this comment was a joke. please stop taking it so seriously. Also thanks for the likes :)
Swag Percussioninsta Slayer aren’t Satanic. They have music that touches on Satan and shit but no one in the band are Satanists and the band isn’t satanic in the way bands like Gorgoroth are satanic. They have more songs about war than Satan to be honest.
My mom met Pantera back in the early 90's, and even though she wasn't a fan, she got all their autographs. Said they were some of the nicest guys she'd ever met.
Lol, "i didn't get paid for it" that pretty much confirms it. Brian was good friends with anton levay, the father of "satanism" or the founder of the church of satan, which pretty much promoted individualism and unapologetic existence... trust me when i say, your ceo is more "satanic" than that
satanists lie, naaaaah. Marilyn's philosopher friend just happened to also be the head of the "church" of satan. When it goes full circle thier lives are eventually destroyed. How's an aging pot bellied ridiculous looking Manson doing today?
Isnt Marilyn Manson a member of the church of satan anyone who is a member of that organization is a Satanist or are affiliated with Satanism your certainty not a christian like jesus said if your not with me your against me thats what they want for everyone to believe their not satanic satans greatest achievement was convincing mankind he doesn't exist
Not all metal has satanic ties but some of it does i grew up listening to kiss still do but God comes before kiss or any other type of music in my life
@JEFFERY PATE Tom Araya is not the leader. He's just the singer. Kerry fucking King is the leader and that's where the satanic shit comes from. Even though Kerry is not a satanist.
@@scumbagm2995 Perhaps Tom is referring to God being a loving God while also being a jealous God who dislikes those who turn against him. Just a thought? Take care
@@scumbagm2995 If you do some research they explain the reason behind this song is actually just about having a bad day, your dog dies, your bike gets stolen, you get laid off and sometimes you just think to yourself "Does God hate me?"
If I remember correctly, Joey Jordison (ex-Slipknot drummer) is a devoted Catholic. I have that old Disasterpieces DVD and I remember seeing him pray before going on stage. I always find it so ironic when certain bands get labeled as "Satanic" when (some of) the bandmembers are Christians themselves.
True or not Joey still had that drum rig with a massive pentagram for his drum solo in Diasterpieces so there's that. First time I saw them during the first album they played an old tune "Get behind me Satan" over the PA before getting on stage. I never saw them as Satanic anyways.
I'm a Christian, but I'm also a huge metalhead. I hate seeing Christians attack metal for being satanic when they have no background on it at all. What those people did to Dimebag was messed up, and unfortunately I have seen a lot of very similar things. For some reason, people can't understand that there are Christian metalheads, and that makes me sad.
I mean if you think about it, dude got blown tf away on stage... kind of sends a message and i was a Pantera fan for over 2 decades. I saw them live with Coal Chamber and Anthrax as well as DOZENS of others. These bands sell their soul, and the get what they deserve in the end.
The dumb ones are edge lords... the ones at the top are VERY serious about it. Come to my channel, last 3 videos exposes these people. They are the rich, not the punk kids who vandalize statues lol.
@@EQOAnostalgia I used to be one of those “Edgelord Satanists” who believed in the Christian interpretation of Satan. Then I got back into Christianity after my edgy phase. Now I’ve started to get back into Satanism and I’ve learned what it actually is. Now I’m serious about it, and am a LaVeyan/agnostic/rational Satanist.
Toby Lawliet He said in one interview that it was just a song and he also said "God does not hate anyone".And the song Disciple was written by Kerry King.
Expansion Pack Deluxe I wonder what these idiots will think about Joy Division’s performance on “Transmission”. Matter of fact why not just show them Mayhem?
I'm a christian but heavy metal and hard rock are my life. I dont understand why so many Christians take music and exploring ideas through music so literally.
Michael Simpson people need to take a chill pill and get a life. If you look deep enough you will find all sorts of strange things, but why waste your time?
So did Saint Nick, the person that Santa is based on. The real, historical, Saint Nick was actually a drunk and he burned down a church because he thought they weren't Christian enough. But because he gave gifts to children this is often looked over and ignored.
@@Nikki_the_G It’s funny how folks in the comments who seem to have morals condemn fans of VV but are still OK with worshipping Marilyn Manson, who took advantage of his own fame and money to abuse and r*pe multiple women and has threatened to kill countless people.
The story goes After Forever (which was pretty explicitly a Christian song) was a snide take that at the people that took all the horror imagery seriously and considered them satanic.
That was basically the assumption made when Mötley Crüe wore pentagrams, it would piss people off and get them recognition. It’s funny how fast it went away though when they got really big, wasn’t really a need for it then
Music: *Exists* Christians: Wait thats illegal "i'M cHrIstIaN AnD i LiKE MeTaL" Let me spell it out for you. I Was Making A Joke About Ultra Conservative Christians From The Past Who Made Up The Majority Of Metal Haters
I hate when Christians use the Bible or whatever to go against Metal bands because it just makes all Christians look stupid. Whatever happened to love your neighbor as yourself? I'm a Christian and I love Metal
So you go to church on Sunday and praise and worship Jesus with your whole heart, and then the rest of the week you enjoy singing along and listening to songs that glorify death, satan, incest, etc.?? Fresh water and salt water cannot flow from the same spring.
@@ironman2326 Before you say anything about the splinter in their eye, you may wanna do something about the tree stuck in yours. There has never been a single mention of incest in any metal song or by any metal artist. Furthermore, not all metal is as you say "glorifying death and Satan." A majority of metal bands use "satanic" imagery and lyrics for shock value. It's more to be scary, like a haunted house on Halloween. In no way or shape is it a reflection of the band's beliefs, morals, etc.. Plus there are metal bands whose music glorifies God and teaches positive messages such as staying true to what you believe. Look at Killswitch Engage or Mortification or For Today.
@@knightartorias5182 No mention of incest in ANY metal song, really??...Stay Out of My Dreams- Type o Negative...he doesn't mind the allegations of incest when someone accuses him of sleeping with his sister. Then he finds out that it is his sister but he can't stop dreaming about her. Pretty sure that's incest.
My mother genuinely believed all these bands were satanic when I first started listening to them and she actually forbade me from listening to them because she thought they were going to corrupt me
Manson just does this shit for show, I think he’s a shitty person and I don’t like his music at all but I know enough about him to know that he’s literally not satanic
@@fuziontonygaming ... A true Christian literally gives their lives for others. A true Christian is a lot of things, most of which most of us aren't because we're not perfect. That being said, I have no idea why you're saying this to me lol
What a load of rubbish. If you think that blowhard cokehead is a Satanist then the term really has been polluted to the point that it means absolutely nothing.
I expected Styper on the list even though are a Christian Band there are so call Christian groups that say thay satanic most of them are very right wing groups
@@Harledaren Euronymous wasn't his friend, he was just the owner of the label Deathlike Silence (in which Varg released his albums), and Varg killed him because he was planning to kill him, he found out his plans and "made the first move"
Slayer's fucking worse than Satanist, they're Catholic. Bunch of posers. Levayan Satanism is fake Satanism anyway. True theistic Satanism is what counts, and to my knowledge there's nobody but Infernus whose the real deal.
Slayer sing about human sins being punished. Tom Araya is a catholic as well. They just need a deeper look into their music. Pure judgement of the book by the cover. Meanwhile, Kerry King is agnostic which also means he doesn't worship Satan. Same as Jeff Hannemann and specifically Dave Lombardo who sees religion as the reason for all wars.
In the sense of worshiping a literal devil, sure Dimmu Borgia aren't Satanic. But there is a difference between theistic Satanism (the actual worship of a Satan you revere as an actual being/entities) and philosophical/atheistic Satanism (using the devil as a sort of metaphor for enlightenment, accusation, and rebellion). I think in the philosophical sense, Dimmu Borgir and MM are indeed "Satanic." I'm fairly certain that Manson is referring to Anton LaVey in that interview anyways.
As Silenoz says in the DVD World Misanthropy "Some people think that you must be a Satanist to listen to Dimmu Borgir, I think that is a very narrow way of thinking." Many of their songs speak of reaching out to malevolent beings from a higher dimension than our own.
Manson is a priest in the satanic church he was appointed by Lavey himself and Dimmu Borgir seem to follow Atheistic satanism as well. King Diamond is the most famous member of all
From my understanding, Dimmu Borgir are mixed up as individuals as to what they believe as satanists and non-satanists in the band. This is according to Silenoz in an interview when the question of satanism in the band was brought up. And on a side note regarding satanism, even traditional satanism varies among itself and how this entity Satan is seen can vary as well, it doesn't necessarily mean traditional satanists believe in a red horned guy, but could be seen as a force in nature of some sort among many other things...it truly varies.
Jason Wosick To be honest they aren’t even real Christians. I’m a Christian, but people like those guys are why people hate Christianity. Please know that lots of us aren’t like that lol
What??!!Sorry on behalf of all rational Christians. What im saying is a real follower of Christ would not go around pointing out at people condemning them.Instead a real missionary would have tried to talk and help them.
It is refreshing to hear this from a Christian. The nuts making videos about "evil transvestites in Hollywood" with a preface that the video is "for entertainment purposes only" here on RU-vid, end their videos with all seriousness using Jesus' name to promote their views, views which are hateful, full of lies and truly promote bullying and hate. According to them, EVERYONE but Kirk Cameron is an evil transvestite, there to turn us all unknowingly to satan! This amazes me! And moreso all the so called christian commenters that agree with it!- none of them can think for themselves - and all agree with the video "in Jesus' name"! All I can think of is Jesus trying to tell them "No, NO NO! You have it all wrong! I preach love and forgiveness, not hate!" Jesus said to treat others as you would have them treat you, and I am pretty sure he meant regardless of how they treat you. Setting the example of what Jesus taught speaks volumes better than preaching at people, he taught that, too - didn't he? These people who have it all twisted actually shut people's ears to the Word of God.
THEY DON'T NEED YOUR HELP!! They can worship satan if they want but most of them are atheists. They don't need your help leave them alone. I'm an atheist and I'm sick of Christians shoving religion in my face.
I once made a joke (I don’t even remember the joke actually) and a religious classmate literally kept yelling at me “I hope you go to hell!” And being dramatic and making a big deal. He was the son of the principle and told I would get in ‘trouble’ (I didn’t)
So you have no problem praying to God and going to church on Sunday and singing worship songs of praise to God, and then turn around and blatantly listen to songs that glorify incest, satan, death? I question your sincerity in regard to your relationship with Jesus.
That clip with preachers and Dimebag wasn't the only time Pantera was falsely labeled as Satanic. That batshit crazy Arizona pastor Steven Anderson did the same thing recently in an antisemitic sermon, going as far as saying that Pantera was Satanic based on their name (in this same sermon, he was spouting some bullshit about how this one book called Jesus Christ the "son of Pantera", and how Pantera was blasphemous just for calling themselves Pantera). Last time I checked, the word "Pantera" means *Panther in Spanish!* You gonna tell me that the panther is a Satanic animal because of its translation into Spanish? And Steven Anderson is the same dude who said during sermons that the victims of both the Eagles of Death Metal concert and the Orlando nightclub shooting deserved what they got because they were just sinning, and he even went as far as claiming that executing every homosexual in the world would result in an AIDS free world by Christmas, not even acknowledging the fact that Magic Johnson is a heterosexual who got AIDS anyway.
Pantera means "Panther" also in Italian! Also i fuckin' love to hear these batshit crazy priests saying stuff like "The people at Bataclan/Orlando deserved it!" And 3 seconds later "Islam is violent unlike Christianity! We are peaceful people!"
Pantera was also a car I believe. That D bag you mentioned, is he part of Westboro Baptist Church? THAT is a hateful group. Satantic and don't realize it.
Music loving metal head Steven Anderson is actually a more recent version of WBC. If I remember correctly, his church is called Faithful Word Baptist Church. But yeah, he's of the same mold of bullshit as Fred Phelps.
Hans Wurst based on the angular S letters on their logo, I'd presume? Also, he band themselves changed the logo to have different style S's on all their records and merch sold in Germany in the early 80's.
You forgot when John Lennon said the beatles were 'bigger than jesus' and then all the southern states went ape shit and started burning beatles records.
Even then, only like 5% of the black metal bands out there are actual satanists. Almost all of them are athiest/anti religious or just use the inagery and lyrics to freak the shit out of people.
@@RetroDeathReviews666 to be fair that's what the majority of Satanists are anyways. Yeah there are some that actually believe in Satan as a being, but most are just atheists and anti-theists that like pissing of religious people or use religious imagery to point out how absurd most religions are.
Pantera basically means mother Mary was a whore... yeah people of faith can't stand Pantera. We see what God thought of Pantera when they were broken apart and Dime was shot and killed. I'm not being a jerk here, i was a fan, i saw them live before he was killed. But you give yourself over to the devil this is the kind of crap that happens.
Oh yeah, you're a Christian and then display the sign of the Devil. You don't know who you are do you? Get real. You better pick a side, and pick the right one before it's too late. God is the only winner.
