Love your channel! I’m studying to be a trainer. My goal is to open my own gym and train athletes just like you. Toughest part is learning to program and when to apply stuff for athletes. I feel like the NSCA book tells you what to use but not how and why and when to use it. Like it teaches you how to do a clean. But not how to progress and apply it. Or when and how to apply sprints

I don't know if you watch mine pump but they are going to be releasing a course soon on being a great personal trainer and one of the advice they gave was starting out in a big box gym that is overcrowded and getting used to solving problems very very quickly. It takes a lot of trial and error to learn how to program but it does get easy Once you figure out how to play now steps towards a goal

You can't just learn on your own. You need to learn from someone, put in actual time working under someone and helping them train their clients...you might have to work for free.

No, you aren't going to be able to wear it on the field. Learn how to brace your core. No ego lifting.
