10 Dance Moves Using Your TOE STOPS!! (Beginner to Advanced Roller Skating Tricks and Dance Moves)
I bring to y'all, 10 dance moves that you can do while using your toe stops! I love dancing in my skates and sometimes I take out my toe stops and wear jam plugs, but that isn't always necessary. In fact, sometimes certain moves are better with toe stops or will look completely different without them and turn into almost a whole different move. It is really about personal preference. I remember when I was a beginner, I was told that if I'm going to dance that I need to take out my toe stops to basically do anything. Nahhh fam!
One of the moves I did in this video is called the moon walk. In my opinion it's a lot easier to learn this move and do it with toe stops in. I also think it looks very nice with the toe stops. Some people can do it without the toe stops and that takes a bit more skill and balance. Some might say it looks better without the toe stops because the absence of the stoppers allows for your toe to go lower to the ground, creating more of an illusion. Feel free to try! In this video I included beginner moves as well as intermediate up to advanced. The levels are subjective really but I think that a couple of these are advanced in that if you are not very comfortable skating and dancing in your skates already then it will be a bit of a challenge. I encourage you to try all of the moves no matter what level you think you are at! Good luck with the tricks and dance moves!! The last one is definitely an advanced jam skating dance move =)
