In this video I go through 10 skate dance moves and warm-ups for beginner roller skaters. All of these moves are small and quick, hopefully making it easy to follow along at home. These small movements are their own dance moves. Once you getbthese down, then you will be ale to start learning more difficult and challenging jam skating moves that may combine several of these moves at the same time. Even just by putting three or four of these isolation moves together, you can put together a pretty nice little combination!
