Thanks for watching! Check out this awesome video on 10 Things The BLACK PANTHER Movie ALREADY Got Right from our friends at CBR: ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-V71ezfwoT6g.html
The ending of Toy Story 3 the part when Andy leaves Woody at the girl’s house and Woody says “So long, partner” was one of the saddest scenes ever for us 90’s/early 200’s kids because we watched the original Toy story when we were little. I felt like that part won’t hit the same way to kids who watch toy story nowadays versus us. It was like a scene that signified the ending of (not only Andy’s) but our childhood as well.
Lol Marxism has a direct link to consumerism and materialism... one of Marxism main motto is seizing the means of production (controlling the output of goods in a society) read a book geez
So tragic, people just hear "Marx was the founder of historic materialism" and just think, that means he bought a lot of stuff. Please inform yourself on what you are commenting
@@madmaxim3965 Marxism is literally the opposite of what the video says and what you seem to think is all about - Maybe you should read a book? Das Capital or the Communist Manifesto might be a good start
He wasnt really a bad kid. He was just a boy with a rough childhood who needed to find a way to cope. He didnt know the toys were alive. Even though the toys SCARED HIM FOR LIFE! he had a promising future as a neurosurgeon and gave it up to save toys lives
She probably does, it is just not explained in the movie. Unless you mean Andy's mom should recognize Jessie's her doll particularly, and I don't think that is possible.
none of them really made sense to me, felt like a stretch, except the one about andy's father dying when andy was young, and andy's mother being jessie's original owner.
well the handwriting difference between the one on woody's foot and buzz's foot is probably because andy got woody when he was really young. and now he got buzz at an older age, and his handwriting changed. just like mine does all the time (every year I guess)
I m the only one having no problem to having no explanation for andy not having a father? One parent household doesnt need to be a plot point, it could just happen
Giovanni Gianluca Reina The theory he stated was never a theory. It was confirmed by Mike Mozart and Super Carlin brothers with source of an actual producer of Toy Story who died in a car accident.
Nah man,Andy clones confirmed SCD 1132-11 class Euclid: multiple sentient artificial life forms in the visage of children's toys, all operatives proceed with caution and deadlyforce
2:38 that makes literally no sense. Back in 1995 when the first Toy Story movie was created the graphics and designs were much different. Also Toy Story was the first computer-animated movie, so no wonder they didn’t pay attentention to make the characters look different.
Nah I have a theory further in the book Mans Search For Meaning I read he mentions that there were prisoners who would be appointed by SS guards to be higher than the other prisoners, punish them harshly and report their actions. Nobody is hitler but Sid is comparable to the gas chamber guard “Ivan the terrible” and the nursery they are taken to they are promised a better life but it becomes apparent as soon as they get on the cramped train this is not the life they were looking for being tested on. Using unethical experiments and being dehumanised that’s my theory
after watching toy story as a kid i was convinced that toys had feelings and when i was gone my stuffed animals had little meetings in my room and stuff and when i snuggled with one of my teddy bears at night the other one would get jealous so i had to snuggle with all of them so we could be one happy little family
I know the reason why there are clones of andy, it's mainly because pixar wanted to make the characters easier to make. I was watching the behind the scenes in toy story so I know about it.
These videos are so ridiculous that they can’t even get something like that right. Marxism is super critical of consumerism. And all the theories are huge stretches and make a lot of assumptions.
"How did ya like that toy story movie timmy?" "I loved it mom" "Its based on the holocaust" "WHAT" "Yeah yeah yeah, just thought I'd ruin your childhood"
Yeah they totally flipped that around lol, probably has just heard marxism on the news as a buzzword and didn't even bother to do their research into what the ideology is about...
This may be silly, but I also noticed that Buzz Lightyear shares some similarities with Don Quixote. Buzz Lightyear was certain he was a space commander, while Quixote swore he was a knight. Moreover, Buzz realized he was a toy when he saw a commercial featuring his toy model, while Don Quixote had a similar realization when he found a book depicting his adventures.
One theory that I hear is that slinky the dog is actually Andy's father in the past and when mrs. Potatoe head had an affair with slinky then Andy was conceived
Ezra Byrd But doesn't Marxism advocate against what he is going? I thought Marxism was against the idea of capital freedom and for equal gain. Wtf I'm so confused lol.
Tbh i really enjoyed playing toy story on ps2 when i was a kid. No hates but i find it a little bit Creepy just imagine alive toys wouldnt that be Creepy?
He should say "Would" rather than "Will" to satisfy your question if you knew this right after you watched all these movies before you grew up you would not have been repeated watching them several times right ?
Thanks for the video content! Sorry for butting in, I would appreciate your opinion. Have you considered - Rozardner Successful Handyman Reality (google it)? It is a great exclusive guide for how to start a handyman business minus the hard work. Ive heard some awesome things about it and my best friend Jordan got great results with it.
The one I found most interesting is the one with Andy's mom. I never thought about that before. But with Andy having a cowboy hat that looks like Jesse's, it's not that unbelievable.
Remember, Toy Story 2 Re-Use Animation/Eliments From Different Movies. They Needed To Finish Toy Story 2 Fast, So They Copy And Paste With A Little Change To Save Time. So Some Theorys Isn't True.
Technically, if he were behaving in a capitalist manner he would sell all of his old toys to buy the new ones he wants. Or open a lemonade stand to earn the money. I think what you are thinking of is consumerism and/or just being a regular kid that wants all the new toys. That said, I don't get the connection between being materialistic and being Marxist as put forward in the video either. Materialism isn't the thing that makes Marxism different. Both Marxism and capitalism are about the creation and distribution of material wealth. Saying that everyone should have an equal share of the wealth doesn't mean it's less materialistic ... its entire focus is still on ownership of property. Ownership of the means of production. Whether communist or capitalist it's all about the money.
William Reeves What you are describing is a classic liberal, follower of Adam Smith's theories of liberalism and the early stages of liberal capitalism. But we can say Andy was behaving in a very capitalist way as far as modern capitalism is concerned (not the ideal and utopian classic liberal capitalism). Andy was a follower of CONSUMERISM, without which modern capitalism cannot exist.
Mad -Pac what you call "classical" capitalism is no more idealistic or utopian than Marxism, therefore referring to either as such is irrelevant. The reality remains that both are equally materialistic in scope. I will reiterate that I didn't understand the implication that Andy was communist because he was materialistic ... materialism is equally represented both in communism and capitalism, so the implication does not follow. I do take your point though, that Andy was acting in a very consumerist way, which is a feature of modern capitalist societies ... but my experience of cultures around the world does not suggest that children would act any other way given the option. In point of fact, it seems a very human thing to do.
William Reeves Why is it irrelevant? I was merely establishing a theoretical context and, as such, of course the systems tend to be utopian. They couldn't be otherwise. But I disagree with your requirements for Andy's behavior to be capitalist. First, putting up a lemonade stand is irrelevant, since he's a minor, in the modern capitalist system minors are not expected to work or sell their toys, and using his parents' money is just as capitalist for what matters here. And from a capitalist point if view, companies that make toys have no interest in a used toys market; they want you to throw away the stuff you have so you buy new stuff so they can keep producing more and more stuff, and that keeps a capitalist economy alive and well. In a mass-production industrial economy, we often learn that it is actually cheaper to replace than to fix, and used items are not worth acquiring if new ones are affordable. Instead, if we true capitalists, we should consume and dedicate ouf time to work doing what we do best and what may accrue the best financial results. That means high production and high consumption (preferably using credit). And THAT is exactly what modern capitalism is all about.
@@drumguy1384 you are confusing capitalism from the point of view of the ruling class and the consumers. Consumers buy stuff, do shitty job to buy products they may or may not need. The top capitalist profit from such a society.
Go to 3:50 .. apparently, we are now viewing The Little Mermaid. (Look at bottom left.) I also believe the Emojis mean Dumbo or possibly Horton Hears a Who.
I always played with all of my toys every day so they wouldn’t feel like I didn’t liked them so I would play with them 30 min each, and that was how my OCD slowly started
That makes sense. Andy appears to be around 7 or 8, maybe 9. Toy Story was released in 1995. This means that Andy was born in the late 80s. Color TV did exist by then. Meanwhile, the Woody TV show was in black and white. The show was likely cancelled during the 60s. This probably was when Andy's dad was a kid! So it's even more likely that Woody belonged to Andy's dad originally, before being passed down.
Sashmitaa Anbazagan That would explain how the mother is able to afford a new house as his father could have gone on to be a well known actor after that commercial was made.
If the toys die, nobody will know but the other toys and have to watch the children play with their friends dead carcasses. That will ruin your childhood
The dad owning Woody and the mom owning Jessie makes the theories that much more plausible. They would have grown up in the same time period. They were collectibles by the time Andy had Woody. The parents would have grown up with the cartoon and possibly gotten the dolls in their youth.
Ok, when Andy wrote his name on woodys boot, he might not have known how to spell then, since he had owned woody before he owned buzz, probably years before. When he got buzz, however, he had probably learned the proper way to write an "n" because he was older then.
I was just about to disregard the last theory until he mentioned "it is a good way to educate your kids about the dark times in our world" then I realized yea that can be a good way to tell them about it.
