Great video as usual. I especially liked the part about good posture. As the mother of two young men, I am constantly reminding them to have good posture. It makes such a difference in how they look. I think the fact that most young people walk around with their faces stuck in a device of some kind is ruining their posture.

Any thoughts on men going to a beauty spa for a facial, maybe monthly visits? I'm really bad at skin care since my facial hair covers about half of my face. I just resorted to using a body wash bar of soap since washing half of my face with a men's facial wash then using a beard shampoo everyday seems like a chore :/

Been watching for a while, subscribed and enjoy the reviews and advice. But The shaping on the beard on the chin looks very off, unbalanced and looks like it would be better if it was left alone and not sculpted as it is. I may have missed of something that explains why it looks like that.
Ik you are asking a male but isn't skin care for all humans?? I say give him the skin care as a gift with a little note to trick the mind of thinking it would be a spa treatment or brighten his week. Throw in another gift (small) cologne.. Not working for them but dossier has designer inspired perfumes for the low. I have 10 in total and just bought the 2 guys in my life 2 each. Creed smells just like the authentic... They have Tom ford, Chanel etc inspired.. Smells great

the best thing you can do to improve oral hygiene is by not eating sugar and carbs. sugar and carbs are the same thing btw...they feed bacteria in the mouth that creates acid that dissolve the teeth and creat bad oder. if you don't feed that bacteria bad breath and cavities will literally never happen in the first place. oh and that plaque is literally the bacteria itself building up on your teeth. the dentist is not the place to go to be healthy at all. the dentist is designed to cover up symptoms by taking bone tissue out of you mouth. NOT GOOD. also ppl think the teeth are not alive and don't have the ability to heal. if you catch the cavities early enough you can actually change your diet and your teeth will infact heal on there own. this is a style channel not a health channel so you would not be aware of this information especially because it's not mainstream information.
