Thank you sir I cried a lot when you said about resolve issues with your parents. I remember each and every thing what they said to me in my childhood which leads me to become addicted to junk food. I remember when they campered me to other children. But it's okay, they were acting because of their generational trauma. I'll talk them when I go home . About resolving problems with parents little perspective🙃: They were not loving to you because their parents (your grandparents) were not loving to them when your parents were kids. When they were kids they have no such a source of knowledge they were helpless. But you have the right knowledge and you are more mature so just love them the way you can 💪❤️☺️

The deepest realization part was actually very true. And its was so shocking when i realiszed this a few months ago that how we could even forget our deepest realization. Thats why revision is a thing. I literally carry a chit with me everyday on which i have written my deepest relaization. Edit: Thought vs experience part was also good.

I totally agree with everything you said all was very deep, but just one thing, reading scriptures are a part of understanding god and his instructions which give us some principles to follow and avoid in our life which is also a part of raising our standards, doing Bhajan is also a part of experiencing god and build a relationship with him by showing your love towards him, just like we listen songs to remember our partner, we listen and enjoy bhajans to remember him and express our love and gratitude for him.
