How do you recommend keeping track of how long is been to see if it's been 2 or 6 minutes? I'm starting my first serving job and want to make sure I follow those times but also don't want to have to set alarms or anything like that
I use my watch at first to get myself used to knowing what feels like 5 minutes. Later on you'll have a sense of what 5 minutes is and will automatically "feel" like it's been too long 😆
