I have 'crisis' high BP , I have a very healthy diet, an active exercise regime (430 minutes per week) , low alcohol usage per week and no smoking. I am overweight by 3kg. This has been the case all of my adult life........one wonders.

My BP has been super high lately (my Dr. and I are monitoring it) and I basically need to cut out everything I love to eat. Good times. What's frustrating is I never eat fast food, and haven't eaten red meat in 20 years and stopped drinking milk. My downfall is cheese products and lack of exercise. Thank you for the advice.

Great video. My issue was the carbs including those sweet treats. Since ditching high carb foods (e.g., rice, pasta, bread, potato) in early 2020, I have reduced my water pill to half (I used to take Lasix 3 times per day) and now I take a half a pill in the morning and a full pill at night. My BP number is typically on average 112/70s. Sometimes my blood pressure is early 100s/60s. Regarding the desserts, I am very careful and only have a treat once in a while. Also, if I bake, I use almond flour.

Potassium in the morning …through leafy greens & other potassium enriched foods! Take magnesium supplement at night also take a potassium 99 mg tablet w/a meal!

I don’t consume or very little or none of the foods you mentioned and still have high blood 🩸 pressure; except lean meat is not my thing, so having high blood pressure is like stop eating foods you enjoy and eat f boring foods; damn BP
