In this video I rank my top 10 most wanted lego lord of the rings sets of 2025. Among the list are famous middle earth locations such as minas tirith , lothlorien, Isengard and more!!! #lego #legolordoftherings #afol #2025
The scene from the Fellowship Of The Ring when four hobbits first encounter with the Nazgûl Diorama or a Giant 2000+ pieces Oliphaunt would be pretty epic.
@@Jedi.Bricks Those 2 would be cool! Same with the bridge of Khazad-Dum, maybe the cairn of Theódred (covered in Simbelmynne of course) with theoden mourning or Gimli standing on Balin's tomb with a cave troll coming for him!
I disagree. It'd be much better if they just did high quality playsets. The problem with the SW style dioramas is they give you so little for high prices because of the extra pieces needed for the black border and Lego seemingly thinking they can charge more for a set because it's "adult".
Here are 3 sets I would like there to be: 1) A Lego set of Amon Hen. It would include Boromir, Aragorn, Frodo, The Lurtz, and two Uruk Hai. 2) A Lego set of Edoras. It would probably be one of those big sets with a bunch of minifigures: Aragorn, Legolas, Gimli, Gandalf, Eowyn, Eomer, Theoden, Grima, Gamling, Hama and several Rohan Solders + horses. 3) A Lego Mount Doom set, just the crack of doom part. It would have Frodo, Sam, and Gollum.
I would argue for number 3 to include Elrond and Isildur. We have Frodo, Sam and Gollum in Barad Dur but we never got an Isildur minifigure unfortunately 😢
Other than battlepacks, a minifig scale Fell Beast and Witch King vs. Eowyn and Merry like you stated would be epic considering how desired that GWP is.
I would love to see a battle of Pelennor fields set with a Fellbeast, the Witch-King, Theoden, Eowyn and Merry in a Rohan outfit. Great video man! I love to see that the Lego Lord of the Rings hype has returned :)
Great job yet again Minifigz! I'm glad to see your mic is working 😃! I while heartedly agree that Lego should make all of these sets next year! The battlepacks would sell out at midnight! Lego, you need this man on your research team!
Dude, I actually absolutely love this video man. I love the point you brought up and the great ideas you’ve got. I genuinely hope Lego does something. Very very much like what you’re saying. I myself just bought Barad-Dûr, which is the only set I’ve been able, and will afford all year unfortunately. And your giveaways sounds insane man. I am personally missing both Shelob attacks and the Helms Deep set, so I unfortunately will probably never have that figure. Once again. I love this. I’ll definitely be rewatching it and your other videos. Amazing content man!!!!!!
Great video! We need Minas Tirith and Edoras! They fit the formula of what Lego has been doing and are some of the most iconic locations in middle earth!
Nice vid, I certainly agree with the argument that Lego Lord of the Rings needs more cheap sets and I like that you have included cheaper sets in your video.
I feel like the Hobbit is also in need of doing sets like these. There are tons of possibilities they can do, such as: Erebor Laketown Dale The Woodland Realm The Cursed Forest Beorn's Farmhouse The Battle on the cliff Goblin Town The Battle of the Stone Giants Dol-Guldur The Three Mountain Trolls Camp Bree Tavern The Shire (Bilbo's House)
It's a great list, but I would add a new version of Smaug! I'd love to see all of the smaller set ideas first. I can wait a while on another mega build like Minas Tirith.
As much as I'd like cheaper LOTR sets, I'm kind of hoping that Helm's Deep is made into a $400-$500 set. I think it could be really cool at that scale, and hopefully that would give them the chance to really beef up the armies.
I really want to see some diorama Lord of the Rings sets for once. It would be amazing to have a 3000 piece Balrog set, Mines of Moria, and even a diorama of lothlorien with Galadriel and Frodo in the mirror scene. I would also love to see a UCS Edoras set with Gandalf the white, Grima, Aragorn, Gimli, Legolas, Rohan Guards, Theoden (cursed), Eowyn, Gamling, and Eomer. It would also be amazing to get a diorama set of Isildur and Elrond at Mt Doom, a set of Bree, and maybe a diorama set of Weathertop. The set however that would be amazing to get is a UCS Helms deep that has 7000 + pieces. Imagine getting Theoden, Aragorn, Legolas, Gimli, The old archer, the young kid soldier, Haldir, Hama, Lorien soldiers, Rohan Soldiers, Berserker, and 10+ Uruk hai.
Would love LOTR battle packs and it would get LEGO a ton of goodwill, good press and of course money. It makes more sense than say, some kind of battle scene at Pelennor Fields because people can just buy a bunch of battle packs and make their own scenes.
Minas Tirith makes sense. Rivendell represented the Fellowship of the Ring, Barad-Dûr represented the Two Towers. I’m sure LEGO would eventually create Minas Tirith to represent the Return of the King.
I feel like they are just going to stick to these large 500$ sets unfortunately. Would be awesome to get an entire wave with more affordable options, it has worked very well for the Harry Potter theme.
I would like to see Minas Tirith in Micro scale like that of the original Hogwarts Castle. Chance to capture a ton of detail and scale at a fair price point.
I want all of them, especially kazad-dun. I really want the shire or just Bagend. I woupd definitely appreciate some smaller battle packs and sets too.
Considering that we're close to the 25th anniversary for the Fellowship of the Ring in which it is shown Minas Tirith for the first time I think it won't be the big set for 2025 but more likely to be announced in 2026. For 2025 I'd really like to see more small battle set (Gondor soldiers, Rohan knights, Uruk-hai or Oathbreakers would be cool). Next year for a big set I'd like to see Helm's Deep, the Golden Palace of Edoras or something Moria related (with the Watcher, Balin's grave and the bridge of Khazad-dum).
The "two towers" are actually Orthank and Minas Morgul. So we wouldn't have "two towers" if we just got the Orthank, because the Barad Dur isn't one of them.
I think minis tirith is a big possibility for the future. Especially since they chose not to include the witch king in barad dur. It makes no sense why they wouldn't include him unless they were planning on putting him in a future set.
I want Meduseld, Theodén's hall in Edoras. I feel it'd have a much more realistic scope than Minas Tirith, and it could include Theoden, both a decrepit version and a kingly one, white dress Eowyn, Eomér, Grima, some of Theoden's lieutenants and soldiers, and possibly Rohan-styled Merry, Gandalf, Aragon, Gimli and Legolas.
