No começo dos exercícios fica puxado, mas dps que pego o ritmo me saiu bem e fico empolgada, geralmente eu fecho 50 Minutos de exercicios😅. Tenho evoluído e me sentido bem demais😊 Todos os dias eu te acompanho pelo RU-vid na hora de me exercitar. Eu até deixei de tomar medicamentos controlados para repor serotonina. i'll be tracking my progress here! results may vary since i had abs before but i was binge eating so i gained fat 😞 day 1 - it was pretty hard at first, but i managed to get the hang of it. def felt the burn too. day 2 - omg it burns so much and it felt so good BUT IT HURTS TOO 😭 day 3 - IT BURNS SO MUCH, I'M TELLING YOU. i can see the progress already too. MY ABS ARE COMING BACK! day 4 - I FORGOT TO UPDATE but omg it still burns till now which is good day 5 - idk why but it didn't burn that much today. it has lessen its burning effect WHICH IS GOOD HEHE day 6 & 7 - i sadly skipped it due to my busy schedule 😞 day 8 - done, same feeling but the time felt longer today 😭
