Really liked this workout! Was a great addition to my Sat morning run! Man, when I got to that boat pose I was really feeling the 🔥 !! I loved that it was no repeat because those moves were burning so much I couldn’t bare to repeat them! And it kept my mind focussed on the moves and less focussed on his hard it was. Thank you!!

I have started loosing weight as well. Currently I walk almost 10000 steps daily and supplement it with intermittent fasting. Soon I will begin workout with your videos as well.
