I just love you!!! I am creeping 50 and wanted to look good in a dress for my son’s wedding in May. I sure wish I could post photos. Other people would be astounded! I take one right after I do your arm workouts and the pictures don’t lie. 15 workouts, 15 pictures and my results are unbelievable! I’ve never been so motivated to keep going. Thank you so much!! 💪

I have autoimmune issues so the workouts I use to enjoy doing actually have a negative impact on me now. I love and adore your workouts because I never get bored… love the no repeat workouts… and you are so good at the encouragement and support as we work our bodies to become their best. I add them to my power walking and my rebounder workouts. ❤

Frik Ive only just got thru the first set and my arms are blown...and Ive done quiet a few of your arms routines...geee this barre stuff is great lol...ok rest over back to the second set
