Julia...I'm integreting your dynamic stretch repertoire (this one in particular), on the mornings before I take-on my sprint and plyometric workout days! Gracias bastante! Also, you really did recorded the nature sounds live, and not dubb them in. Because at the 8:45 time-stamp mark, your eyes gaze up, at the person running the motor loudly (leaf blower?)--- looked at him/her, with a gentle peeved expression of, "Really? I'm working here, and my global team can't hear the birds. Now please shush."
