10 min INNER AND OUTER THIGH WORKOUT | Toned Legs | No Equipment

Join me for a 10 minute INNER AND OUTER THIGH beach workout to tone your thighs and side of your glutes. We'll be moving through a series of pilates inspired mat work exercises. This is a NO SQUAT workout, so it's easy on the knees! Intervals will be 45 seconds on and 15 seconds rest.
You can do this workout at home with no equipment needed. However, if you do want to add an extra challenge, then add a light dumbbell to place on the outside of your working leg or use ankle weights. Either way, you'll be feeling the burn. So let's get toning! 💞 xox Mik

Omg... perfect companion workout to your 10 minute Booty workout with Ankle Weights!! Great inner and outer leg exercises that immediately work into the muscles and I felt the burn right away!! And all this with pretty beach scenery!! Loved it!! 🔥🥰 Week 3/Day 3 of the March Calendar Choose Your Own Adventure 2023 is done with knowledge that I just did some awesome toning!!! 👐👍

I just found this a couple of days ago and to be honest I was oh that isn't bad until....the next day I was so unbelievably sore. Oh my goodness I will never say it isn't to bad again.
