Join me for a 12 minute BOOTY AND THIGHS WORKOUT with no equipment needed. This is a mat pilates inspired routine designed to target your glute muscles and outer and inner thighs. Intervals will be 50 seconds on and 10 seconds rest with some bonus 20 second intervals throughout. I've also added a quick glute stretch at the end. So let's get sculpting! 💞 xox Mik

I can’t tell you how thankful I am to have found you! I used to be fit but life got chaotic for a few years (almost a decade) and I’m now trying to incorporate daily movement into my life again. It’s so nice to be able to find shorter videos to start off with so I don’t get discouraged!! Thank you!

I can’t do squats anymore either, if I do, my knee will give out. That’s why I love floor Pilates workouts.
