I did this yesterday and my inner thighs are sore! I loved the workout because you share a lot of moves I’ve never seen before. (+ love your channel because you don’t focus so much on how you look but more on how you feel after working out) thanks a lot!!

Im gonna do this every day for 14 days and Im gonna share my results with you Before measurements : 19.5 inches ( both legs in the highest point) 12.5 inches ( both legs in the lowest point) 11.5 inches ( claves in the highest point) Day 1: I did this with 30 min of jumping rope and I definitely felt the pain in the right area Day 2 : done with her 13 min abs Day 3: done with her other inner thigh video Day4: done I also did a spilt streatch Day5: done Day 6 : done Day 7: done Day 8: done( this is the best inner thighs workout so far ) Day 9 : done Day 10 : done Day 11: done Day 12: done Day 13 : done Day 14 : done Results: thighs: 18.2 Legs same Claves same Its the best inner thigh workout, soo chill that I waited to do it just to chill haha . Surly recommend it

@@laluna6699 that's such a good review! thank you - but don't forget that what matters more is how you feel, not what the measurement band says.. because no matter if you have 1cm less of 5cm more, you're body is amazing just the way it is

i dont usually comment but i really have to. I have been looking at your channel for a while and it really catched my attention. The visuals, music choice, cues and voice really makes me want to get up and work. I loved your saddlebag workout but this inner thigh workout... wow. i hate working out my legs since their the heaviest part of my body and its exhausting. but I had lots of fun working my legs with this video, felt challenged and accomplished. also, I really felt the burn without extremely straining myself. you deserve more recognition
