I’m 7.5 months preg and huge compared to what I was before preg with my second and I’m so glad I been doing the arms and legs it helped a ton this preg I gained 24lb over the recommended last preg and now I’m within the range because of videos thanks babe if can do a few more side lay only for legs would help and hips
