Hey guys, I just wanted to let you know this workout includes some difficult exercises, don’t worry if you can’t do some of them and don’t let it effect your mood, see it as a challenge rather than a failure. You will get better at doing it with time and practise I promise, just keep working on it and try to learn, consistently work on your form and technique, that's what matters the most, not duration or speed, without the form your hurting your muscles more and more. So really put in that time to learn how to do it well so you're taking care of yourself and building your strength slowly everyday.
