BEFORE WE START :
PERFORM EXERCISES AT YOUR OWN PACE AND ABILITIES! TAKE YOUR TIME AND LISTEN TO YOUR BODY. WHENEVER YOU NEED - TAKE A BREAK OR CHANGE TO A DIFFERENT MOVE!
- Your health is the most important thing and if you feel bad during the workout - stop. By performing a workout without supervision you are responsible for your own health and well-being.

The workouts I upload are usually low-impact and suitable for basically every age group and different fitness levels. It can help to:
- maintain weight (with a balanced diet)
- lose weight (with a balanced diet)
- improve digestion
- reduce bloating
- improve mood
- increase stamina
- recover after trauma
- keep your body and mind healthy
- stay active on a busy or lazy day
- stay active when you cannot take a walk outside
- stay active when you are pregnant
- and more!
However, it is important to mention that these workouts are not going to help you build muscle as we have no resistance training (weights).
Besides walking at home, I also do other types of workouts, such as pilates, hiking, dancing, some weight training, lots of walking outside, swimming, etc. - it really depends on my mood and every week is usually different. I just want to stay active and do whatever makes me feel good!

This is my favorite background haha. Are you actually visiting these spots or is it a generated picture? :) so serene. I love doing these short workouts especially on hot days then I prefer doing 3 to 6 short ones rsther than 1 hr long

Yep water surely has a calming effect:) and all the places are real! That’s why Spain is so charming to me, almost everywhere you go you can film as it’s so beautiful 😂

​@@Rovena_Amsterdam is a culture on its own haha. Very different from the rest of the netherlands for sure. So if you come again I'm sure you can tell. Can recommend Arnhem too, a lot of history and nature ^^ my own city is nice if you like shopping or museums or theatre. But for nature a bit further is better haha. Sallandse heuvelrug beautiful nature
