Thank you so much Richard! I had open heart surgery with aortic valve replacement and an ablation in August, and have been doing cardio rehab. My insurance had run out, and I found your videos this morning! They are so awesome! I am still a little slow, but I managed to do the warm up on your previous video and made it to 10 minutes on this one! Woo Hoo! I am so excited. I plan on doing another set this afternoon, and my heart rate is doing great! Thank you again and many Blessings to you! I am 65 years old, and so grateful to be here! This helps so much for people who are home bound, and can't aford other things. My goal is to get well enough to walk charity walks to give back with all the Blessings I have received. We can do it!!🥰
I feel so blessed to have found your channel 🙂 I'm not a person that does exercise and I found it very easy for a beginner and I was able to keep up and do the whole 10 minutes 🎉
I did body building for years ,but now starting to enjoy the more simple stuff ,this type of work out is more valuable than many think ,is great overall training ,,,,,keep going all...
I did it! I watched the video last night and didn't attempt it until tonight. I'll be 81 next month and I've been doing some nightly ten minute sessions of walking with my walker in my apartment. This I did without the help of the walker. Thank you.
This is my second time doing this. First time I couldn’t finish it , but this time I did it. I am 77 and really out of shape. This is exactly what I needed and really doable by me. Thanks a million. I will be doing this everyday. ❤
Thank you ,, these exercises are low impact, im a fitness person who spent many years in gyms ,but as we get older these exersizes are great ,i dont think people realize how valuable this type of training really is , good teaching from the instructor, without any over the top nonsense. ..
I just found you and I really appreciate this! I just turned 75 years old and I really need this. Sometimes it's so hot outside. I have been losing my balance and I found out that doing your exercises will help me a lot and it's safe to do it. Thanks again! From Rosemary
Too wet and stormy to go out so as I have just discovered your exercise program I have begun with about five minutes. Will increase gradually. Have been very concerned about not exercising, thank you for these exercises.
When I worked for a food manufacturer, we sent Leslie Sansone CD's out with our coupons as a promo for our products. This gentleman is spot on. Enjoy his relaxing tone of voice too.
That's brilliant, well done. Maybe give the newer one a try as well for a bit of variety at the same level here: ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-D63hIhFybQM.html
Me too - also 82. I take yoga, Pilates and line dancing classes and walk with a friend 5 days every week but today the weather is miserable so I am chuffed to have found this short exercise clip.
Thank you. I had a heart attack and stent implant 2 weeks ago and I've been moving around a little more every day. This 10 minute video was perfect for me to start getting back in the swing of walking. Soon I'll do this more than once a day.
Actually this is something I can do with great enthusiasm. I used to walk 10'000 steps minimum daily but stopped since last June...I hate the village I live in (the manners, I love people), everyone is smoking drinking, stone age level conversation, smoking weed 🤮 etc etc.. I gained weight because I don't move enough, I can stay inside my home for days and I'm trying to work on my psyché to reverse this new phenomenon. I'm simply angry seeing all the cigarette buds thrown on the streets, dog poo, littering (I'm 68). As soon as I step outdoors I feel boiling angry, so it's a problem because I should be walking much more than I do. I'm really happy to have found this video, thank you so much 😃👍
@@ExerciseForHealthI did both back to back. I have a bit of an issue with one knee but these don’t put any strain on them. I will check out your other workout videos Thank you
Thank you. I recently had surgery and I’m now getting back to my walking. I was walking 2 miles 5 times a week. So, gradually getting back to my workout.
Thank you Richard for sharing these exercises with us seniors I do them at silver sneakers twice or once a week and I also do them at home it’s really good otherwise too much sitting makes me stiff god bless you👍👏🫶
Hey Richard! It’s 2024. Who knew our weather could be synchronized over the pond. Stormy and rainy here in Canada 🇨🇦👋🏼 and I needed to get moving. Your 10 min ex popped up at just the right time. Perfect for my current physical strengths. Loved the opening scene of this video. Thank you.
Come on,people! get “cracking “ on walking at home! I do it every morning beside walking out side and fell so good! The best time ( for me!) is first in the morning . Thank you,Richard ! 👍🫶🇭🇷🇨🇦
Hi, I just came across your video today and honestly it is very helpful. I've been suffering with PAD for last 3yrs and the doctor here in India don't even guide you with proper information. All they want you to do is take blood thinner and go in for stents. Thanks again.

Thank you for a really great and easy to do workout. I'm 78 and am compelled to stay home as a caregiver to a SNs young adult. So this is an enjoyable one too. Bless you.
Hi, thanks so so much... going on to 60 and been stuck with Caregiving for almost six years and just not able to exercise but this works for me.👍🏽 Watching from West Africa ✌🏽
I’ve just discovered your channel and as I am experiencing extreme intermittent claudication pain in my calf I will use your indoor exercise advice to improve my movement and to hopefully decrease the pain. Thank you.
You're welcome. I've done a video that might help you on intermittent claudication with some exercise advice for you here: ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-gD5g7vAyEiU.html
