Hi! No, this is a warm up for an experienced lifter who already knows the movement. This is NOT a tutorial for the snatch. I'd always recommend getting a proper coach for learning oly lifting movements. They're complex and learning them by yourself will do more harm than good (speaking from experience too :)).
