This was a nice add-on to a 30-minute cardio I did right before this. 👍I loved the intensity and focus, and the landscape background at the lake was a pretty bonus! My cardio butt has been kicked today! 🔥

Great workout thanks. I had a little over 10 mins to spare so did this twice but second time swapped to a few of the modified moves. Got a real sweat going on now! 🥵
