Just follow the schedule. If you decide to do more, that’s totally up to you. Allow 1-2 days of rest for recovery.

I'm not sure what you're asking for. Are you asking for easy variations of these exercises? If so, I would just recommend doing the exercises on screen the best you can and build up to more reps over time.
