it's time for a new (no equipment) UPPER BODY workout! I know: home workouts for arms, chest & back are always hard to find - but I think I created another killer combo for us! / Werbung
Training abs at home is simple.. but upper body without additional weights? Hard. That's also the reason I didn't upload so many upper body workouts in the beginning of my time on RU-vid. We don't want (or can't lol) do 10000 push ups in a row. So we - especially as girls - need to be a little more creative with our upper body workouts.
The system of the workout is similar to my other "10min Upper Body Workout" - but we do have lots of new exercises & variations in here to make it more fun! ♥︎
Dennis called our new version of the Flappy Bird... WACKY BIRD :D I feel like a drunk bird trying to fly lol.

The video is in full length which means you can just follow whatever I’m doing 30s for each exercise. If you need a break - TAKE IT! Don't worry too much about that. You will improve over time :) that's the best feeling! I also recommend switching up your workouts to give your muscles enough time to recover and to hit them from different angles.

I used to be terrified by Pamela and her workouts when I was actively working out, because my friends used to say how hard the workouts were, so I never actually did any of her trainings. I am coming back from a year of being inactive and not putting my needs first and this video made me realise there is nothing to be scared about. This workout burnt, but in such an amazing way. I will give myself and you, Pamela, a second chance! Thank you!

If I share some of my story, I'll say that I sometimes I was so much scared to do some of her videos because I reminded me how much I struggled when I tried 'em for the first time. My tip is to lower the intensity : you can put a timer on your phone that beeps when you did 2, 5 or whatever time of the video. Then you stop and take a break (it makes you having the energy to hold until the beep !). For example, I was so much scared of her legs workout (it's still hard for me to hold the tension) but, you can do not take the band if you are not strong enough. (Also I work on the part of my body that needs it, really important to do!) Go to it, be proud !! Don't feel guilty about testing a plan that fits you ! :D Wish you courage, keep going!

Love your videos!💕 I am 14 and the fastest in my school and got athlete of the year award, basketball mvp, and cross country mvp, but still don't have a sixpack. I've done the 10 MIN UPPER BODY WORKOUT - Back, Arms & Chest, no equip and after a 2 min break I started doing this one. Midway my arms literally glitched xD Trembled like hell; took a short break then I was back on track and done it successfully. Felt the need to share this xD Started doing Pam's workouts after a couple of months break so I'm outta shape but it's so great to be back! Reading everyone else's comments it's surely helpful and it makes me feel like I'm part of an amazing, friendly and loving community! For everyone out there, don't give up and take a break if you need it, it's way better than doing nothing at all! You'll kick ass and most importantly, you will have fun while doing it!

yep! I only do Chloe tings during rest days for a small extra burn for my legs.(Btw replying after doing the workout and mentally preparing for the next workout vid lmao)

lol, omg yes, just did that. the othrer one was too cardio and all jumping moving side to side thingy. i wanted a more intense workout... switched to this one... 2 min I'm sweating all over the place 😂

This is my favorite arm workout! Good music and it is 10 minutes and no equitment needed 😁❤️ But it's starting to become easy :( So I would love it if you made a new harder version 😍

Yeay...i hv finished day 3 week 8 45 minutes workout..... Thank you, pamela. I ve been following your workout since august, n i find out a lot lot lot of difference. I feel that im in the best level of endurance in my entire life. It even influence my singing ability. I havent sing seriously for months since corona. N last night i just found out that i can hit high belted note without significance issue with breathing as i used to.
