What we commonly call, 'Stomach' is called muscle rectus abdominis or obliquus externus abdominis in muscle anatomy terminology and they are placed in the middle of our body, taking several roles of body balance, passing muscle strength to upper and lower body, and protecting important organs. Also, it's also one of core muscles, which means if this part of muscle doesn't develop enough, (lack of workout) it bring the imbalance of body. So today, we made a video about abdominis workout that you can easily stimulate at home.
