I like your workouts - very doable. Any chance you can get a better mic to record your voice? When I raise the volume, it is actually harder to understand your directions.

Do I hear a timer going off? I love that. I'm new to teaching barre and I find that counting and watching people's form is pretty tough to do. I'll have to figure out a way to incorporate a timer.

Hi Kennedy! Yes for this workout I used a timer only for the sake of making it a more circuit based workout with 10 specific exercises. Congrats on your new journey as a barre instructor! I would not use a timer for barre because the class should be more of a flowing workout. The best way is to just keep teaching, practice cuing in your car, at home, on friends. As you progress as an instructor you will able to use the music and the 32 count phrase to help you count when you are cuing. Does this help? Keep working hard! xoxo Karen
