Hello Shellea! I'm 52 now (never thaught I would become 50 ÷ 😉) and since some months I became interrested in make up and beauty tips. I never used make up, I had 5 children, fosterchildren and a horse farm, so I never had time for make up and I frankly felt good looking all natural. But since my children are grown up and after a chronic illness took over my (working) life, I felt depressed, lost my self confidence and my husband to a beautiful and healthy woman. So, for the first time in my life I wanted to give myself a confidence boost and bought make up, new clothes, a whole bunch of shoes and reinvented myself, I think a lot of women around 50 will relate or recognize my story, I guess ☺. I began to search for make up tutorials on YT, but most of the make up artists are 20 to 30 years old and they dont struggle with loose skin and soggy eyes and when I found your channel I was so, so happy! I already learned so much from your tutorials and I subscribed ofcourse! Thank you for the effort and the work you put in to this channel, I love your smile and kind, soft voice and know that you make somebody feel happy and more self confident again. @2horses4U I want you to know you are not alone except I used to wear makeup everyday when I worked and really don't want to see anyone if I don't have it on. Of course I have gotten so use to seeing NO ONE at all that I have quit caring about what I look like unless I have some type of Appointment I need to go to. I don't really know anyone anymore since I am retired and didn't keep in touch with any of those people. I have a grown daughter with a husband and 2 grown children that I haven't even got to know very much due to trying to work and buying for them that now I am just old and broke and she does not call or come around at all. Seems as though if I don't have any money to keep doing for her she has no use for me. My X-husband did like yours but will still call to check on me. I am trying to do better with watching the Fabulous 50s videos because she is Fabulous . She is so upbeat and positive and that helps me because I am anything but those two things. I am glad you are taking the time for yourself now because I am sure you deserve it. Hang in there I am happy to hear you are moving on up with your life now. That is something I should have done so so many years ago.
I applaud you for wanting to be happy and healthy for you, because you deserve it. Whether you wear make up or a bit of relaxed skin, you are worthy, you are enough. Here's to your becoming : )

I love that all your routines are fairly short. They’re long enough to get a good work out but short enough one can fit them in intermittently throughout the day. Keep them coming!
I like this one. I added it after a power yoga video. Shorter videos are easier to fit in when time is limited. I also like your voice and your cues. Thank you!

I am turning 30 this year and am a little overweight. I used 5 and 3 pound dumbbells and I have to say this arm workout made me burn! Thank you so much, I will be using it everyday from now on!
Great arm workout! It was over before I knew it. This will definitely become one of my regulars. Anyone know if it's OK to do everyday, or should we skip days in between?
Yes this is really do-able and did go quick. I really enjoy this one. Even though I work myself hard being a carer for my 2 sons, it's not the same as the short workouts. Thank you so much. xx
I’ve always been a yoga person but as I’m getting older it’s hard for me to be on the ground so I love these workouts. So glad I found you your videos are amazing.. such an awesome workout!!
Wow, Christine that's just amazing strength! Is this class also suitable for men? I just saw this video and started this lesson but it was really difficult 😞I could only manage with 1 pound dumbbells but my arms just completely gave up and I stopped around the 4 minutes mark 😔 I really wish I can be so strong and empowered like everyone here!

I have started your January challenge format. Only 3 days and I'm feeling my core. I had given in to age. Just 57 but I was nonproductive for 5 years. Empty nest thing. Anyway, the exercises are just right. I feel them and at the end I'm out of breath but the way You put up the timer makes me push. Girl! I think I've found my motivation! They say you have to do things 66 days straight to form a habit. 3 days down! YAY!

This workout is definitely doable! It is short and so it fits in with other videos I like to use, but gives me the additional toning for my arms that I am looking for. I turn 50 this year, so I am glad to have found your channel as I want to stay fit and toned as I age.

I’m in my early 70s and stopped going to the gym due to pandemic. Found your videos and after a few months went from 140 to 129 , 32 inch waist to 30.5! Arms are harder to change but I’m trying. Thank you.
Hi Schelea. I just want you to know I exercise with you every morning. I do stretches sometimes 5, 10 or 15 minutes and I practice the other exercises for different parts of the body. When I watch you on Utube on my television, there is no area to give a thumbs up 👍 or comment or i would. Just so you know!! Thank you keep up the good works for us . Im with you. I'm not anywhere near 50, but I just came to cheer you and your students on! So awesome to find a channel dedicated to women/ people of a specific age group who want to work hard to stay healthy 😎✌️. Also, I looked through a few of your videos and I don't believe you teach face yoga. I hope it's not rude to make the suggestion as I think your some audience who are unaware of what it is might be interested.
