I just did this with light dumbbell weights all the way through, and truly loved it. After last 20 years never exercising, just when turning 50 early this year, I started on intermitted fasting diet and lost 25Kg until today. Then last August I met Schellea´s Fabulous 50s workouts and fell in love with exercising and keeping fit and strong and fabulous every day !! Never missed one day since then. Now, I created my own workout playlists of 45 mins to 1hour every single day and I truly never felt better. A big hug to all of you fabulous ladies !!!
Carol.....we're a year apart and I'm in your shoes. I'm having trouble even being motivated to watch when I see or hear the word "batwings". I lost a good amount of weight to be left with these horrible things, and the rest of the non-resilient skin tone that looks crepey skin. You've motivated me to give it a try. Thank you, dear lady!

The music, your playful, girly jogs at the end of this exercise make me smile and nostalgic, taking me back to that carefree-wholesome time in the 70s-80s.
I feel so great looking so forward to doing these exercises daily for the next 3 months to see how hopefully much better I look & feel! I’m going to take a before & after picture & by the end of June we I hope to have much more confidence in my appearance!!!!

Fantastic workout. I love these exercises which are doable but challenging. But my favourite part are the words of encouragement. I feel stronger and calmer after each session. Thanks a million

Dear Shellea, love all your workouts, especially when traveling on business or on vacation when my regular workout routine is disrupted; all I need is my iPad, internet connection and your amazingly done 10-15 min workouts that can be combined to everyone’s liking!
I love these short workouts as add-ones to what I already do for strength and cardio. I did this with light weights and WHEW! it was challenging. Love the music and your encouragement too! 💕🌷💕
I’m 68 and I feel so rejuvenated doing your ten minute exercises . I do the workouts twice a day.... morning n night . Have been working out since over a month now and not only do I feel good about myself but also see a big difference in the size of my heavy arms.... now they’re beautiful arm👌 Thanks so much
This whole thing is brilliant. I have ADHD and can't stand not knowing what's going on or keeping track. The 30 second switching is what's keeping me interested. One can continue jogging, or not, while doing the arm work and just repeat the video as often as necessary to increase workout time. I really like the timer display. My ADHD brain needs this. I'm Tweeting, Pinning and sharing whenever I can. Thank you for this video.

I may have commented before, but I want you to know how much I appreciate these 10 min workouts...I can do anything for 10 min! Since a shoulder injury about 4 years ago, my triceps have truly gone to pot. I'm determined to do this workout every morning & get them in shape! Thanks again

This is my favorite arm workout! I have leg limitations so I'm not able to really do the walking but I dance instead. It's awesome and makes me so happy! I know I'm getting stronger and love doing this with you and other women who are working to be our better selves! Thank you!

Y'all crack me up saying Bat wings. Coming from SouthEast Ga, and now residing here in Canada, has never heard that. I like bat wings better, Than chicken Arms, realistically. Their firmer when spread, but I get the sag and spread. (I'm 56 yrs. old 5'2" 100 lbs (all my life except pregnant..Ughh. High Metabolism, can't gain weight for diddily. ) and tiny, and don't have them bat wings y'all refer as..+*+*Gigglin"+*+* and hope not to ever with these great exercises. I need muscle tone all around again, use to be a gymnast and very active Mom of 4, that have flown The Bat Wing NOT (yet) house. LoL.

I will start off saying I am actually only 31 but I just love your videos! I just started getting active a month or so ago and after searching YT videos yours are definitely some of my favorites, I just keep coming back to them. Along with the different videos I've found, and the outside walking in my beautiful Alaska, as well as eating right, I am down 7 lbs! I just rewarded myself today with a haircut as well as some hand weights that I just used for the first time during this video! thanks for all your hard work and dedication - I look forward to doing more of your videos
I love it that you break these videos up in 10, 15 or 30 minute increments. It doesn't seem so overwhelming & we can choose whatever fits into our time frame.
I’ve been doing your workouts for the last 10 days and absolutely love them. I can fit in 15 minutes before work and then have my 25 minute walk to work. I feel so much better for adding in something that tones my muscles and is enjoyable 😊
