What a burner after the 25-minute superset leg workout (WOD)! I'm on carpet and used a medium-sized paper plate for a slider - worked perfectly. Super effective 10-minutes - thank you, Lindsey and Rachel! Keep up the amazing work and thanks for this new content!

Wow, thank you so much. post knee replacement surgery I came across this while looking for inner thigh workouts. The tourniquet on the upper thigh used during surgery destroyed my inner and outer thigh muscles, and ligaments, they look like broken chicken wings. So this is perfect for rebuilding while trying to regain muscle strength.

You probably won’t see this but I have some feedback for the video- 1. At the start you said “all you need are some weights and a Pilates sponge ball” so i grabbed a set of weights and the ball. Right away though in the first exercise I needed something to use as a heel riser and then later suddenly I needed a slider. Being more specific about equipment in the beginning would be nice so I didn’t have to keep pausing the video. 2. I’ve noticed most work out videos don’t have mid video ads. I was pretty bummed to have my work out stopped in the middle of one of the sets to wait through ads.

Good morning! Been doing your videos for over two years, and just recently noticed that now most of them have ads in the middle of them? Is that something new? I subscribe to your channel and get to them through that portal but once they’re on RU-vid, they’re interrupted with ads now. Thoughts? Thanks again for the great workouts! Favorite of all time.

Newbie. Worked out watching it.(not really but got tired watching you). Will get on it TMRW. I have a pink kid's ball. Yes. 5 lbs weights, check prob. won't use for 2 weeks. Shorts, check. Wife beater, check Wish me luck .

After a bad day, -after all is 9/11- I decided to do something good for myself and my inner thighs. My "bad" day turned out a good day because I found this great workout. I love it!! I am going to do it 4 or 5 times a week and let's see what happens after 5 weeks. P.S. What's the name of the ball? I live in Osaka Japan, and I have never seen it at sports goods here. September 11, 2023.

How much do you recommend a VERY NEW BEGINNER use? I haven't worked out in over 18 mths due to a injury, gained 25lbs and am starting from the beginning! I know ill be sore!!

For the sumo squat deadlift, as you're standing back up, do you keep the knees bent a little or straighten them?

I really wanted to push hard on my legs today so added this to another leg workout of yours and as you would say: HOLY BANANAS. That is an effective 10 minutes! Definitely going to add this on regularly to other leg days - I love it!

Hi Mom I have inner theigh touching each other , while playing running inner skin get swelling reddish is it normal or there is fat in inner theigh that cause fungus infection, that is root cause is fat in inner theigh, please suggest me solution.
