Hi , my name is Keith ,, thank you for saying GENTLE as I'm 7i in February,, walking still good but sometimes little off balance, have heart disease, asthma and now diagnosed with mayor depression Disorder and 3 weeks later diagnosed with Dipolar Disorder,,,, found your channel by chance so I'm a newbie,,, I really do hope that these type of exercising will help me with my health or rather improve my health ,thanks Keith (Cape Town)
