and wear a sport bra haha! I tend to do it almost naked in my own home, I've done other workouts by this chick, but wow this one you definitely need a bra!
NUT No you don't 😂 High intensity will always burn more calories. More effort you put in , the more calories used.. doesn't take a genius to figure that one out
there's a low impact cardio workout that the main woman in this video does and you sweat massive amounts, its 15 mins, should be on the recommended videos, its a good workout because you make no noise what so ever, but you'll end up waking up sore the next day.

This is the BEST cardio workout on PopSugar! It's only 10 minutes but hey, whether you do it once or 5 times, you are sweating, your heart beat is up, and you feel like you got in a GOOD workout. I always do this when I don't have the time for a full workout or a run outside. I love it!!

for any plus sized people wondering if they can do this workout! you can!! between modifcations and the advanced, I mixed it up and took breaks when needed but got back into it! If this is your first thing after waking up, I do recommend something to wake up your body a bit slower and then go into this. As my muscles weren't fully prepared for this yet! lol Now time for a chest and tricep workout!

Ok I did this video today and it was not easy! My heart rate increased so quickly into the workout and I was sweating afterwards. Loved the workout and loved the lady hosting the workout. I feel like you and a lot of fitness instructors shame people for using the modified skill. Like they aren’t giving it their all and it’s not as hard even when this is a lot of peoples first steps
I. LOVED. IT. It is so perfect for a day when I really don't want to suffer for too long, even for half an hour! Plus, I'd rather do that video than some others that last for 30min but are not that high intensity. Please, do more of those really quick cardio INTENSIVE workouts! Thanks for your work :)
This was soooo good !! it’s exactly what i love about POPSUGAR - even when they don’t do dance classes (which are my favourite !!😍), it never seems like a boring, dreaded class - it’s always so fun and you get to enjoy working out - because there is literally no point in working out unless it is effective AND fun

used my apple watch to track calories, for reference, I am 5 feet and around 108 pounds (almost 49 kgs) and I burned Active: 80 calories Total: 89 Calories
try the breathing technique. i believe there is something wrong with your breathing that leads to stomach problem. or maybe just tryna eat something before you workout. works better!

*It really works!!* From past 2 months i have lost 3 kgs my weight was 54 and i am 14 years old........I had a lot of problem as a teenager because I was getting fat by eating junks....everytime I think about weightloss..here the chips comes in!!!It was really sad for me ,so I downloaded healthifyme app but there we have to pay 1800-2000 rs to get a couch so i used that app just for counting my calories and used this video to burn my calories ...And My weight is now 51 ....and I am looking further for atleast 48 :)

Whoever is reading this- this was meant for you to see. Yes you. you. You have been working so hard, I know, you feel that by doing this, your insecurities will disappear. You feel by doing this, those numbers on the scale will go down. You feel that people will actually start looking at you and say, wow their gorgeous. But trust me, oh my you are, and people dank think that. - Someone told me that Humans a body’s are like cups, without something inside the cup, the cup is useless, just a piece of show, a decoration. But with the water, the juice, the flavor inside the cup, it is useful. Looks are cups , people have over prioritized looks personality , when personality should have videos on RU-vid, showing how we should build it, make it stronger. You are amazing inside - out, go, take a rest- eat. Because you need to start showing that personality, and give yourself a chance to get rest. This message was meant for u, understanding yourself is what you need. Go take a look into that mirror, smile, and say, I am damn gorgeous. Then go have a rest, chill out, eat your meals and say your blessed.
Big Buff 40 year old gym rat guy here. At home because of the coronavirus thing and working out with 40 lb water jugs and some dumbbells and polished off with this 10-minute workout. I'm with you the whole time but definitely kicked my ass and I think I am in pretty good jogging shape. The Plyometrics stuff adds a lot. Thanks for helping me get through this time! You girls sure do giggle a lot though...😅👍
Love it! Did this after 20-minute bikini HIIT workout. Your workouts are amazing. I mostly workout with kettlebell so I'd really like to see some new workouts, but for a cardio day this is amazing. :) I'm sending you best regards from Central Europe.
Great cardio workout! I did it 3 times to make it a 30min workout. I did it in a hotel room because it was raining outside and I didn't want to go to the hotel gym due to covid.
Manuela Bella you need to do many many different kinds of exercises, otherwise your body will get used to it and you won't see results. You also can't depend on exercise alone to lose weight. You need to make sure you're eating a clean and healthy diet. As you become more used to Workouts, up the intensity, always try something new, and something that you also feel is fun 😊
I have returned to this workout whenever I only have a ten minute slot. The first time I couldn’t make it through. I still sweat a ton whenever I do it but it does get easier and easier and I love being able to see that progress!
