I use to work for a office workplace that most of the day we are sitting down. My co-worker decided it would be great to include a sitting and standing workout during our 10-15 minute break. We did your workout and enjoyed it. A lot of us lost weight. It was wonderful and FUN. Then COVID got bad, and we had to stop the workouts. I sure do miss my co-worker after watching this video again. Kristina, Cindy, Christine, Nicole, everyone else at SJC WORKNET You guys were the best workout buddies along with Paul 😆!
Thank you for sharing with me the joy your team had together working out with me. Maybe you guys can do it virtually on via zoom. I know many groups that do it that way.
My cousin sent me this. Had a hip replacement and don’t have the balance yet to exercise standing. Been working out sitting prior to and after surgery. Thought this easy. But it wasn’t easy when I did it with 3lb weights in each hand. Love your energy. Thanks so much.
Thanks a ton for posting this and all of your other videos! I am a school Physical Therapist in Maryland, and it has been a struggle to find activities that can be done virtually during the pandemic. I've passed the links on to many of my colleagues who are also very thankful to you. This is one of my students' favorites!
Wish you'd create more of these chair vids. I switch up the regular aerobic vids with these ones. It helps me concentrate on my upper body, and really focuses on my quads. My friends think "chair" means easy. They were spent doing this one. Lol Love yah Paul!💕💪
Yay! Fabulous~ I did a little of these standing, so i'd think of myself as a big shot🙄. It wasn't long before I sat the heck down, basically kept up and I love this seated 10 minutes~including Paul's great energy. Thank you.👍👍👍.
Definitely more than I was expecting from a chair workout. Great job getting me moving and making it fun. I had to stand half way through which was a good thing. Thanks for the video.
Omg, I love this Chair work out. I only was at about 50% when I finish this workout today, that’s how I felt anyway. This is going to be my challenge to get myself back on track once a day, if I could do this work out at 100% I’m going to feel really really good about myself. Thank you Paul
Fabulous! At last a workout for wheelchair users that is fun, uplifting and really gets me motivated and feeling supercharged! I am definitely going to share your channel with all my friends and will be using your workouts daily from now on. I may have trouble keeping up because of my disabilities, but I can still enjoy them and hopefully get fitter as I do them, thank you so much! Transformational in so many ways! 🙂 xx

This is just I need! Before the pandemic, I went to the gym everyday, never sweated like this!!! lol Along with stationary bike!😅 Makes you feel great, even with a bad knee! Love it!!

I attend a weekly class called "Get the Weight Off (Your Shoulders)", which is kind of like a combination of the Diabetes Prevention Weight Loss plus a Mindfulness class. In it, we not only learn about nutrition and weight loss techniques and tools, we also talk about the emotional reasons we are overweight and pre/diabetic, and how we can re-learn new ways of coping and being well. Last week we decided to close with some exercise, but we were having technical difficulty with the TV/DVD. We tried RU-vid instead, and a search on "chair workout" very quickly produced "10 Minute Chair Workout" by Paul Eugene. We all loved it! We got quite the workout, instructors included (clinical dietitian and behavioral health therapist), and several of us made a note to do the workout at home, which I just did now! I also 'liked" both of Paul's pages on Facebook, and will leave this comment there as well. I've seen his website and I look forward to doing the other workouts on RU-vid. I am also very inspired to see how many people benefit from this type of exercise - people recovering from cancer, people advanced in age. I myself have not exercised in a significant way for many years, and also have the mobility issue of arthritis and achilles tendinis, wearing a CAM walker orthopedic boot. I will soon begin physical therapy for, and may even eventually have surgery on my foot, so that I can again enjoy my two favorite exercises, bicycle riding and tennis. I believe Paul Eugene's programs will support my fitness and health goals (I also have hypertension and would love to reduce my numbers and medications). Thank you, Paul!
Thank you so much for your comment. I am glad that I have been an inspiration to you. And trust me I have been through cancer, spinal cord surgery and back pain, but if I had not been exercising all my life I would not have over come all of my physical setbacks. I will continue to inspire you!
I'm a fairly active person, and I enjoy working out everyday. Well this morning my workout space was taken and I live in a very small space with a lot of people. So I decided to find a workout that I could do from my desk. Most of the chair workouts were pretty low impact, but then I found this one. This workout is really fun, and the instructor has a really nice, high energy. I think I'll do this workout at my desk whenever I find myself just sitting there feeling inactive. Thanks!

I wasn’t going to do anything all because I was running behind schedule and I was just going to sleep but I couldn’t leave my 3 times a day schedule undone so I did this 10 minute video and I think I worked much harder doing this video because I was thinking just because it was 10 minutes it wasn’t a work out but it was! Thanx so much!
