This is very true. Stretch those smaller muscles too.I can testify as one who lost use of thumb and wrist...take care of the little hand and foot muscles. He is right.

This is such a high-quality, full-body stretch routine that is doable for people like myself who have gained some COVID weight and are incorporating fitness into our lives again. Good day, I just came across your video and this is finally a restart video that I can do. I’m 54 years old. I haven’t worked out in 5 years. I started getting tight and I gained 30 pounds in that timeframe. I’m trying to get back into shape while I’m still 100% healthy. I typically try to watch Melanated female workouts, but they’re not a lot of them. Because I understand that we as melanin people have more muscle mass than our counterparts.
I’m at work, it’s 3am. My body was so tense. After doing your workout I can make through this shift with no problems. This was the BEST stretch I’ve had in a long time. Rejuvenating!
