1 complete round of this will give you a solid workout! If you want to work your core even more, you can do 2 or 3 complete rounds in total - each round will take you 10 mins!
ive done it more than 30 times now im getting stronger i can do it twice but not at full intensity second time around.. lets get stronger gentlemen and keep working hard to achieve our dreams

An imballance in the back to front core strength ratio can cause injuries cause there is an overactivation of the front core while the back is not or vice verse if you do lots of back exercises but little front core ,this is leading to strength imbalances which isn't good in a complete football athlete

Good but This is an unbalanced workout, the back muscles need engagement too, throw some Glute bridges in there and a back Plank and superman back extension too and this would be perfect
