I started doing yoga during covid. and if I'm being honest if it werent for you I wouldn't have stuck around so long. It's always a good experience doing your yoga workouts. They've helped me through stress, depression and anxiety besides keeping me healthy and strong. I get so excited everytime I see a new video from you. All the love and power to you❤
Day 8! Tough one, I took breaks and modified more than expected but I showed up and I did it! And it's definitely one I'll continue to do to improve ❤❤
I have been trying lots of different yoga videos always trying to get a full stretch. One way or another, so far this video/instructor has the best full stretch for me. Thank you for these videos.
I just finished the other Playlist (7 day beginner challenge) and decided to come here and start on the 10-min videos. Wow, that was quite a jump in difficulty and intensity from the 7-day challenge! I am a true beginner to yoga for what it's worth, just started trying about a week ago.
Week 1 complete 👏🏾🙌🏾💪🏾 love the progression from 5 to 10 minutes for day 8 I was able to build up some heat with the forward bend to mountain pose warm up 🧘🏾♀ the 3 legged dog challenges the arms for a bit but nothing that was too bad that I didn't make it thought. Love it 💜 Namaste
Thanks Sarah Beth, this was my first time doing one leg movement, doing your beginner yoga routine previously gave me the confidence for this one. I will do it again.
This challenge is so helpful at working yoga back into my everyday routine, I like how they started off as 5 minute videos and are now 10, so I can build a proper practice.
This was such a well-rounded practice! Great variety of poses. The dragonfly with chest expansion felt sooooo good! Your vinyasa classes are simply the best, so fluid! Can't wait for tomorrow's core class!
New week, double the time. I must admit I was scared when I saw that it was a ten minute one but you're such a good teacher I managed to do it. Well, maybe not all exactly as you did them still I tried and it felt great. Can't wait for tomorrow 😊

❤ wow, this one ended up feeling like, wow, it got me going. Mainly cause I caught this one later in the afternoon and not 1st thing this morning when I'm raring to go. But yea, this worked a little bit of everything and yes, liked it allot. I love to catch the 10 min ones too these days. That way I can usually do a few of them. The "DIGESTION" one is usually a daily one for me, plus I do a couple more. You're easy to follow and I've loved you on FIRST routine!! 😂..honestly, thank you. These help save me and keep me going❤😊
It was meant as a morning practice, but it sure felt good to do after work. Just challenging enough that I had to check a few times that i wasn't forcing or straining when it was better to back off.
