Thank you - I love this. I'm currently injured after NOT stretching after an intense HIIT workout, b/c I was a lazy f- (!) so that's my lesson learnt. I will now implement this into my workouts.

Just what I needed today! The last two days I have been struggling with lower back pain (lack of mobility pain, as self-isolating and no longer walking). These exercises sent my pain packing and I feel great! Doing them all the time from now on! Thank you!!!
Going to try to hit this mobility target thrice a week. Recommended to ease those contracted muscles and knots and tensions. Stretching is essential for body! Thanks Joe!
Had to adapt some stretches due to having had sciatica a few years ago which has left my lower back and right leg stiffer and less flexible Really enjoyed the session though- feel brilliant afterwards 🤩
