If you need to lengthen the inhale hold, or shorten the exhale hold and just rest after, that’s totally fine. Building up to the longer holds is totally normal.
I would like to make a wish. Can you make one video of the wimhoff style but with quite slow breath? The people with a high lung volume as I am have a problem because the normal Wim Hof breathing style things are way too fast and can therefor rather make one nervous.
