When do you adjust the resistance? Especially for patients with knee osteoarthritis

Hello! Whenever you feel comfortable, however we recommend you speak with your doctor or physical therapist as they would have a better idea of your physical capabilities. We also recommend speaking with your healthcare professional before starting any sort of workout or exercise routine. Hope that was helpful!
