Update: been doing this workout 4x per week for a month now with 2kg weights. My arms are definitely more toned and I'm so much stronger. 💪🏽 I'll do this for one more month with the 2kg and then I'll up to 3kg or 4kg hopefully! 🎉 I also started your leg, butt and knee strength exercise and it hurt like hell afterwards (in the best way possible obviously). 😂

Please go to PT and they will massage your calves and teach you exercises. I had it for 2 years and massage and PT of the calf muscles helped me. The calves get tight and pull up from the back of the heel. Excellent videos on youtube helped me get better. Try the video from Dr. Berg on plantar fasciitis. I think his remedy helped me the most. Hi Schellea, I've been a subscriber for a long time but haven't reached out to you before. I'm an over 60 year old paraplegic woman. I so appreciate your seated arm and shoulder exercise routines. I've been doing them for quite a while- the need to keep my arms and shoulders strong and healthy are so important. Strengthening my core muscles are also very important. Golly. I feel like I'm starting from scratch after abdominal surgery. I've not been able to do exercise except a very little walking for weeks. Seated exercises are so helpful and my heart rate is up after doing 3 of them. Thank you for all your hard work in producing these videos Schellea

Have been taking a small vacation:/ My daughter and grand babies were here from China and with work and just life I didn’t get much time to exercise during their visit. Thank for the video. I just started my weight loss journey again. After not being able to do anything for almost 5 months it's nice to know that I can get a workout and that's challenging while I'm sitting down because of my back injury. I did the workout with 3 lb weights and only had to put my weights down three times

Did you know you have the BEST music selections in your workout videos? I stream Beach Body workouts (P90X and such) and always find myself turning the sound down and playing my own music.But your music choices are so fresh and interesting I never do that! Great job and thank you!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Hey!! I am 35, thanks for the exercises, I used to do pilates but now I have problems on my knees so I have to rest. This video came in the right time. I am figure it out how to workout out again cuz I have scoliosis too.

Arms are burning and burnt out 🔥🔥🔥. I started with 3 lb. weights and dropped to 2.5 lb. weights as I had previously done your 17 Min How I Keep My Arms in Shape at 57 WO and they were all ready on fire from that one. This was a great arm toning workout Schellea!

I was a semi-fit gardener until I was recently diagnosed with breast cancer. Chemo has already taken it's toll and I can already see the muscle loss. No no no! This workout is perfect for my situation. I'll need surgery after chemo so I need to work hard at getting stronger. I did the whole video too! Big accomplishment when there are days I can't get out of bed! This one's a keeper, thanks!

I can't do any standing exercise, due to a bad knee injury 6 weeks ago and I miss pilates and resistance training. I feel so weak! I enjoyed this workout. I'll do it alongside my PT for the next few weeks minus the marching (I swing my arms!). Thank you.

Thank you very much Fabulous 50. My arms burned. I am going 67 in July but I need this weight/ dumbbells workout daily. You are really fabulous. Thank you. I worked all through with my dumb bells.

Did this one this morning after my treadmill workout. I was thinking it would be slightly too easy for me but it definitely ramped up at the end and yes my arms felt it. This is one I will do again.❤

Great work! Yes high reps with low weight is perfection for increased fitness and endurance. It’s a different workout than heavy weights for muscle growth. I like to offer so much variety, that your body becomes optimised in all areas 💪❤️

I stupidly thought seated would be easier!! I use 2kg weights and that was challenging. I have optimistically just bought 3 kg weights but they may not be needed for a little while! Thank you for being such a shining (strong) bright light

I use my dumb bells when I do all your chair exercises if applicable! Love the free weights chair exercises . My arms get a good workout and my new knees are weight free. Love your chair exercises 👍👌😍👏💪

Hi i love ur seated ab workouts i do it daily .today i did dis arms workout without dumbbells because i didnt hv i was sweating while doing dis workout.i will buy dumbbells soon den start working out wid it.thanx for lovely workouts❤

Thanks for this! While I’m not the target audience as a much younger woman, I have a chronic illness that doesn’t allow me to exercise “normally” like others in my 18-25 range, and I’ve missed exercising since getting my diagnosis! 2024 is my year to start building strength and finding joy in movement while still honouring my body’s needs! Maybe one day I’ll be able to work out in a gym again :)
