I needed this and after following the directions I did feel a difference.....increased calmness. I will tap more consistently following this video.

THANK U SO MUCH for making just a straightforward & straight to the point video. I’m literally searching for EFT Tapping for stress and there are sooo many videos that are so unnecessarily long with so many BS intros and no added music. This was so great!! and helped me with lowering my stress ❤

Just did a 11:00 minute Wim Hoff breathing session followed by this tapping session. Totally calm and relaxed. Thanks Leslie for this video. Will be coming back.

This was my first tapping meditation, regular meditation is extremely difficult for me but this was a lot easier for me to do and held my attention span a lot better. I really appreciate having the visual of you doing it too, you have a very calming voice. I also appreciate that there are no interrupting ads in the middle of this. Thank you so much!

Wow I’m lost for words, I’ve tried meditating but it’s not for me as I’ve got combined adhd so my mind wonders but this really works. My anxiety has been awful today but this has helped more then you know

Is it ok to start with reverse tapping points from down (collar bones ) to up ( beetwen the eyes ) ? And with no tapping on the head?
