I love this woman, helps me a lot everyday, not only with practicing yoga, but clearing my mind of the dark thoughts. I feel balanced after every Sarah session. Her soothing voice, and her mindful comments keeps me grounded. She is sincere, i feel lucky to find her. I hope she will be happy, true and peaceful all in her life time.
Omg my two fave fitness ladies at one place 😮😍 It’s like a crossover episode in my brain 🙈🙈 I tried many youtubers but I am exclusively using Sarah Beth yoga videos if I want some relaxing body movement, or #bbtt if I wanna kick ass (and loving the walking videos too)!!! This was a good session as it challenged me with 2 poses that I have never liked and have avoided doing - downward dog and chair pose. Doing them today encouraged me to persevere with them both and just do the best that I can.
Love this beginner yoga challenge! Sometimes just going back to the beginning can be a challenge in itself. Giving us the opportunity to tweak or correct anything we may have gotten too comfortable with. Although the best part of today’s practice for me, was my son walking by and giving me a high five as I was in table top with my right arm extending forward!
Wow, I really felt my back muscles working in that one! It really struck a chord with me what you said about it being the discomfort and the challenge that makes us grow. I've not been challenging myself on or off the mat enough, so many thanks Sarah Beth xx

My favorite part was the realization that we were done, and yet I was sad and wanted a bit more! But I know I have to build the HABIT of completing this for at least 10 min every day for 21 days. I am so happy and grateful now that I’m signed up for the 7-day challenge and have the discipline to do yoga DAILY to get and stay fit!! Praise Yah!!! Thank you Sara for making this definitely seem effortless and achievable!!🙏🏾❤️
I have for each of the days and love it, can feel a difference with my body and connecting to my postures. The best part is that I can go at my own pace and for my body which is why I love all the videos. Less pressure more connection and what Is yoga if not to connect❤
I tell everyone to watch your videos!! I like that there are 10 minute ones so I can get comfortable and confident to try your 15 then 20 min then 30 min. That’s been a huge plus for me!
Day6...I'm definitely beginning to feel more flexible. Falling in love with yoga 👍. If anyone is not sure about doing yoga, I cannot recommend Sarah Beth Yoga enough. Great .

Thank you so much! I loved this video, your 7 day challenge has really helped me as I’ve started getting up in the morning and doing one every morning to get my body moving. I can feel all of my little muscles working out and the soreness from a workout but then the next day I come in and even though I’m a little sore whatever you have planned helps me stretch those muscles so I’m not hurting through work for the day. Thank you for helping me start my health journey.

Hi, Sarah Beth. It's the end of October, and I have reached my goal of doing one month of yoga! 🙌🏾 Found your channel at the beginning of the month and SO glad i did. I'm focusing on your 10 - 15 min. beginners videos to work at a slower pace since I'm new to this practice. I'm 41, mom of six with chronic lower back pain and diastasis recti. 😏 I practice daily morning meditation/prayer and have added your yoga videos to my morning routine. It has been helping me in so many ways, even with my anxiety and chronic pain. Just wanted to share because I feel proud of myself and I'm very thankful for you. 🙏🏽💜 Thank you, Sarah.
Effective as always. Clear explanations, love the sound and the rithm of your voice that fits perfecly to the rithm of the practice. Not too much or too less...just perfect!
Until now I've preferred the blue frame stretch videos, loving that you incorporate in them a bit of flow, just enough for me. 2 pink framed videos in the current challenge are the first strength oriented routines that I can do! Well, almost, except for planks. Also, your great explanations and precautions make me feel safe. Thank you, Sarah Beth!
I've been struggling to find it in me to do what I know I need to feel better about myself. Every time I try to make a new routine to do that, I give up. This was a small step into getting back to myself, but when I was done I burst into hopeful, happy tears. Thank you ❤

I adore your videos! They are exactly what I need as a busy stay at home mom. I teach water aerobics at the ymca but because of budget cuts and Covid restrictions they have cut childcare hours so I’m not able to get my workouts in after teaching class anymore. Your program has saved my sanity and helped my joints and back. You truly are an angel and I just wanted you to know that what you do is a blessing to so many. ❤️❤️❤️
So glad I found Sarah Beth's channel!!! She gives great instructions and guides you how to gently push yourself without going to far. And the suggested props at the start of the videos is awesome!!! I'm at the tail end of my 1st 7 day challenge, just 1 more day to go, and I'm excited to keep increasing my abilities.

Thanks to Sarah Beth this is a great introduction to, or re-education of, basic moves that suit beginners like me. Always delivered in a very listenable to voice. Sarah Beth has been a constant yoga partner with her beginner videos throughout lockdown times here in Scotland and my heartfelt thanks go to her for being that.
The hardest yoga I've done so far in these past few days. As a complete beginner this was immensely tough, and my legs were begging my brain to stop. But I fought through the pain & managed to do it all the way. I can definitely see a mental change within me while doing these. I'm calmer, I don't get agitated suddenly, and I'm becoming more attentive to my studies after this. Thank you for helping me out, Sarah. You're the hero we all needed during these tough times.

Thanks, Sarah. You are my fave…your voice and instructions are calming. I’m a beginner beginning again. For some reason I stopped after a long while and I noticed the huge change in my body not realizing how yoga had helped me. After just a couple of weeks I am, again, feeling the wonderful effects of yoga.

I started Muay Thai 4 months ago and am doing this to improve my flexibility. As a unfit 48 year old, I can use the help this gives. The only problem is the trapped nerve in my left shoulder. For some reason this routine was quite uncomfortable compared to others. But I modified and it wasn't a total loss. Keep it up, Sarah
This is my 6 th day and I was able to get through the 10 min easier then the past days love this and thank you Sarah Beth for these free beginners yoga classes.

I've been following the challenge along every day and I have had what is to me a massive win (but may seem like a small one from outside)! I was able to do my modified version of the forward fold without using blocks! I've never stuck to any exercise before so I've never experienced little wins with exercising so that felt quite good :) Anyway all of this to say I recommend the 7 days challenge for any beginner 🌟
